We were so excited to come here and meet our family. This was over an hour drive for our families to meet as a half way point and due to traffic it took us an hour and a half. We purposely looked for a locally owned business to support when choosing a meeting place. We ended up getting there at 7:30PM. We walked to the counter and began to say that we needed tickets to golf. The two boys at the counter said, âIâm sorry, but we quit selling tickets at 7:30.â I explained that we drove with our families over an hour to meet there. At this time that we were talking to them, I was able to show them my watch (Apple Watch, so it is on satellite time) that it was just now exactly 7:30. He said, âIâm sorry you can talk to my manager if you want.â I said that I did. He then came out and said that we should have made an appointment online so that they would know we were coming. I then told him that it was our first time there. I also did not see anywhere on the website where it said that you could not golf starting at 7:30. He also said that the air would shut off at 8:10 so that we would have to golf quickly. I told him that we would golf quickly, but that there was no way we could not let our 5 kids golf after promising them thatâs where we were going to do tonight. He then would not let me get a club for my toddler. On the website it says that children 3 and under are $7. So I am not sure why I was not allowed to purchase for her as well. I was like she will just want to hold it. He then said that young children will use their putters to damage the scenery. So after paying $14 for myself to play, I then was only able to putt 2 holes, because of course my toddler wanted to hold the putter for the rest of the time we were there. In addition, the manager came out while we were all golfing including to the group one hole ahead of us and said, âYou all need to hurry up. The alarm is going to set in exactly 8 minutes. I have no control over it and it will begin to go off after setting.â I was hoping to use this as a regular meet up spot for our family, but due to such a negative experience, I am saddened to say that it is very unlikely we will return to spend our money here.
On a positive note, the course was very cute and...
Read moreMy family and I visited this arcade/mini golf place during our spring break, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I took time off work to spend quality time with my kids, and this was one of the activities we were looking forward to.
I purchased a round of mini golf along with a $30 game card. After finishing mini golf, I realized I didnât have a game card, so I went to the counter to ask about it. The employee I spoke with, McKayla, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She immediately insisted that she had handed it to me (which she had not), and when I explained that I never received it, she offered me a card with only $26 on it instead of the $30 I had paid for. When I told her I wanted what I had paid for, she snapped back with, âDo you want it or not?â in an incredibly disrespectful tone.
At that point, I asked for a refund since I wasnât getting anywhere. She called her manager, and only then did she finally provide the $30 card I originally paid for. Throughout the entire exchange, she was shockingly rude, to the point where even her coworker apologized for her behavior.
Later, I found out that my daughter had picked up the game card from the counter without me realizing it. McKayla had left it sitting there instead of handing it to me, as she initially claimed. Regardless of this misunderstanding, the real issue was how poorly I was treated. A simple conversation could have resolved the situation, but instead, I was met with hostility and disrespect.
To make matters worse, I attempted to call the establishment afterward to address the situation, but no one even answers the phoneâitâs just an automated message. Itâs incredibly disappointing that I took time off work to enjoy a day with my family, only to deal with such poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on how we...
Read moreCame here with my husband and niece to have something to do for the 4th of July. They had a deal for 3 activities for about $13 each person. Activities included a game that is similar to "wack-a-mole" where you have to hit the lights as fast as you can in a room, while competing with an opponent. Scores are taken and can be seen on a screen from outside the room.
Miniature golf was fun. 18-holes in a dark room with a black light with cool obstacles to ricochet from! I appreciated how they spaced each party apart so that no parties are waiting for each other for the next hole. Though we played fast and caught up to the other party ahead anyway. But, it was not a big deal to wait for them.
The last activity we paid for was a "nerf" type game. Upon entering the room, you get protecting eye wear if you do not have glasses. You get a bucket to collect a bunch of foam falls off the ground. Then you get behind the stationary guns and the staff members turn on the air to shoot the guns. The object is to try to hit the colored targets hung on the wall. This was a huge challenge and after trying many times, we all ended up just trying to shoot each other. I didn't like this activity too much... some of the guns did not work as good as others... and it was really hard to aim due to limited movement from the stationary air guns.
All in all I thought it was a pretty good deal for all three activities. Gave us something fun and active to do indoors on a rainy day. I also recommend calling them before hand to put yourself on their wait list. They text you to let you know you are approaching to the top...
