This is most definably the worst Little Caesars I have ever seen to! I got there to order Pizza and there was already two people there in line to order. The gentleman before me had been waiting for 10 minutes and about 20 minutes afterward I was able to place my order. When I asked the attendant how long of a wait, he replied about 15 minutes because they were only three people in the store and two were in training. Ok, I didn't think that was a long time to wait so I stayed. 20 and 30 minutes went by and the guy at the registered was busy and had not showed up. By that time another 3 people joined the line to order and the fourth person was returning from going to Chick A Filet where his family wanted to get chicken. I asked that gentleman how long it had been since he left when he replied 45 minutes ago. He was very upset as his order was not ready still. He was told it would be another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the order taker returned to the front and when confronted by the Chick Filet returning guy, he was told by the register person he needed to check on it? The customer got very upset and asked for his money refund. Right away the attendant went to the back and returned with the customer order. This is a clear mismanagement and lack of customer service by management! This is also disrespectful to people wanting and expecting to have fast, hot and quality food which obviously it doesn't exist! After waiting for an hour and 12 minutes I got discouraged and my family was also very hungry, so I got my money back including the Tip they didn't deserve and asked for when I paid for my order. We went to another but good customer service fast food restaurant. I don't recommend Little Caesars at all, and this experience is direct proof of where our country is headed when managers concentrate more on saving money and hiring or dismissing their manager duty to the public which is really who pays for their wages! Read moreI ordered pizza directly through the Little Caesars website for delivery. I received my delivery, missing 5 of the items we purchased. I quickly called the delivery driver who said that the people at the restaurant had forgotten to give them to him and it wasn't his fault, I needed to call them. So, I called the restaurant. The manager answered and when I explained the situation, he was quick to interrupt me and tell me it was DoorDash's fault. I explained that we ordered it through Little Caesars and not a third party. He continued on that I must not understand and that Little Caesars doesn't do delivery, so it couldn't have been them. He said he gave our food to the girl and she must have forgotten it on her seat. I explained that it was a guy that brought our food, so I'm not sure he was thinking of the right order, since he never asked for my name or order information. He told me again to get in touch with DoorDash and get a refund. I said I'd rather have the food I ordered, as that was what we planned to eat for lunch, and asked him how I can go about getting the rest of our order. He was getting very heated by this point and told me again how it wasn't on him, to talk to DoorDash, he can't help me, he doesn't know what I want from him. I explained that at the very least, he should be taking responsibility for the error, even apologizing, not talking over me, not interrupting me repeatedly, not raising his voice at me... to which he hung up on me.
I hope that the Little Caesar's corporate office checks these reviews and sees the utter lack of professionalism that is coming out of this location. When we got to the window cashier, Kalynn W. asked us again what we wanted after I had already told her once what we wanted. She then told us it would be about 10 minutes. We were told to park and the pizza would be brought to our car. Waited 30 minutes and no pizza. I went inside to find out about my order. Cashier didn't know how long it would be. She went to the kitchen and returned to tell me it would be another 10 minutes. We asked the cashier what happened to our pizza and she said she didn't know. While I was waiting, I asked another lady how long she had been waiting. She said she had been waiting 40 minutes. She also said that they had given her pizza to someone else. When the manager came to the counter with our pizza, we asked her why it took so long because we had seen many customers coming and going. Instead of her handling the situation, she only made excuses. She tried to say that all the customers that came in before us had ordered online before they came to the store. My boyfriend said that should not have affected us getting our pizza. At that point, the manager stated that she would just keep the pizza. My boyfriend told her that she would not keep the pizza because it was already paid for. She never attempted to take fault and apologize she only wanted to make excuses.
