Spuds Potato Bar — Restaurant in Conroe

We stopped in on a whim waiting on a friend to get home. I am so glad that we did.

Everything was delicious! Bella was super nice and helpful as she answered questions and took our orders.

I ordered cheese sticks thinking that i would try the guys stuff before committing. I have some post covid food issues, so eating can be challenging. Eating something new is scary.

My husband ordered the Potato Soup with the extras. It was very good!

Our son ordered the loaded fries with pulled pork on the side. I know that he wouldn't have hesitated to put it on the top but meats are one of the foods that are still a big issue for me. He added garlic butter, cheese, bacon, chives, and sour cream. After eating a few bites we both thought it needed more cheese. I suggested that we try the queso, which they happily gave us without charging extra. We all agreed that it took them to the next level. And that the garlic butter that i had been dubious about was perfect!

My 16 year old son raved about the fries even without the toppings. His favorite ever! With all due respect to Spuds, I prefer his homemade fries. But, ge argued that theirs are better. LOL

In the end I did not end up ordering. Not because it wasn't great food, but because neither my hubby nor son could finish their latge portions. So i just shared theirs and both still had food left.

We will 100% be back. We might have to visit our friend more often. And hope for one closer because it is about 40 minutes over here. Worth the drive though. We are bringing our friend the next time. He loves Rubans and they have one...

Initially uncertain about what to expect, our experience at this restaurant turned out to be a delightful surprise, thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by Chef Bella. Despite the menu initially seeming intimidating, she made it remarkably easy to understand.

My wife opted for the tater tots with a delectable combination of cheese, corn, chives, chicken, red onion, and sour cream. The audible expressions of "yum yum" resonated as she savored every bite. As for myself, I indulged in a sweet potato loaded with brisket, cheese, butter, mushrooms, and copious amounts of sour cream – a culinary masterpiece.

I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. The food surpassed expectations, the venue was impeccably clean, and the staff exhibited diligence and enthusiasm, particularly Chef Bella, who truly enhanced our dining experience. We will definitely...

I’ve been craving a loaded/stuffed baked potato for the past few days. I did a little research and this establishment had the highest rating of all establishments that sold stuffed potatoes. I’m a very picky eater and there isn’t much that meets my expectations so when I find a place that exceeds my expectations, I go into restaurant binge mode regardless of the price lol. I was in a gambling mood so gave them a shot. I wish I never stumbled upon this place because I’m going to go broke lol. This establishment EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS which hardly ever happens.
