Your ap needs reprogramming. I had an ap order on Friday 01/06 where I accidentally duped items. There was no way to cancel on ap though the CSR named Daisy at the national customer care number insisted it was on screen where order update was, but it wasn't . I then reordered correctly so I could at least order correctly. CSR then got ahold of district mgr George who oversaw this Montgomery, TX location. George called me back shortly after I came home and urged me to come back to the store to resolve with shift mgr Liz after I came back to store. Both George and Liz were great. But there should be more efficient way on phone to cancel or correct an order and modify the payment accordingly.
Review update (incident above happened a year ago— another visit on 8/23/2024. By now, I’m getting used to the Ap and use it regularly. I like coming to this location. Today I tried the chicken wrap for the first time. (Doctor told me to eat more healthy!). It was surprisingly good and was larger than it looked on photo. Had the Friday free fries with it. Ivy, Jose and Megan all assisted me on this visit. All three were eager to serve with promptness and great attitude. In general the staff is always good.

Everytime I show up there is no one at the register inside and I have walked away many times. Tired of waiting as well as many others. Tonight again. After being in the drive through. The 2 cars behind me backed out of the small driveway and the gentleman in front of me finally got the response of sorry for the long wait. When he got to the window he was asked if he had received his order yet. .they are extremely under trained or understaffed. But from the small window at the drive through I would think I should not see all 3 in that little area. He told me the total at the window and did not even offer a receipt. He was rushed and something was not going right...
Read moreWent to this location for a quick dinner. Our order was taken promptly and as soon as we pulled up to the window and payed, we were told to pull around to the front and park. While waiting there were 3-4 cars behind us that all had to do the same. We had to wait for about 10-15 minutes for our food. Since we had to wait, we expected the food to be cooked fresh and for it to be warm. We got back to our hotel only to find that our food was cold! The cheese on the baconator fries literally was not even melted as pictured below. I took a bite of my fries and they were cold, so I tried the burger and it was not even the least bit warm.
