Capitan Seafood Kitchen — Restaurant in Jersey Village

PLEASE DONT EAT FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!! I called in the family order number 1, paid 6.00 extra for catfish. Recieved the order and of course ready to eat, I drizzled hot sauce on 1 piece of fish to eat and noticed they charged me extra to give me Swai fish !!! I immediately called them and the lady asked if I can returned the food and did all of it. But when I get to the countered the man, very rude and disrespectful said he wasn’t going to refund me because I put hot sauce on 1 piece of fish that I didn’t even eat !!!! He went as far as saying he wasn’t going to give me all my money until I threaten to calm the police and the health department on his establishment. He eventually gave me my money back and then began to name call until my husband walked in ready to put him in his place for his disrespectful mouth. We need better establishments in the area not the ones who continues to defame and rob hard working citizens of their money. Nothing was seasoned everything over cooked . Moved with efficiency! Food was absolutely delicious! And even with like 20 ppl ahead for it within 20 mins they do not play! Feels like I wan to take my family here nice spacing between the tables, clean drink station and tables cleared fast! Crawfish almost 7.50 a pound shrimp 14 dollars but I shoulda just got more crawfish cause it was so good corn and potatoes great size separated and sauced! Spicy is deliciously spicy not running tears and I loved it exactly what beat the craving and left me wanting more! Not mention the fried seafood was getting so many customers had me wanting to change to that for a second! Since they open we have been coming here along with many friends and family we recommend. They gave us the wrong seafood soup we asked them to correct it they said they would and had us wait. We got the new "corrected" soup and it was the same one. The owner the older lady with glasses instead of correcting the mistake started screaming out at my parents in a very angry way and did not want to correct the issue. We have had sea food soup many times here the one we got was not even after they said they corrected it. Its very said to see the owner act and treat us my parents that way when we have been giving the business for many years along with many people we recommend that restaurant.
