Five Guys — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I made a curbside order that was supposed to be ready by 8:32pm. I arrived at the restaurant and called to notify at 8:46pm. I was told my order was not ready and it would be brought right out as soon as it was. Still nothing 20 minutes later, so I called back and was placed on hold. Then I watched the male employee through the window put the phone down and move on. He never came back to the phone. I decided to walk inside and waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Once I was acknowledged, I asked to speak with a Manager. A woman named Wawa was asked to speak with me. I explained the situation, and she didn’t not offer the slightest apology or concern for the extended delay. She also stated she was unable to process a refund since the order was made on 5 Guys website. I eat five guys at least once or twice a month. Travel from California to Virginia for work and let me tell you this place has it on lock... When I first walked in I'm greeted with Mr. Patrick. We got you.... Right off the bat I feel welcome and greeted with my name. I mean who does that? That's amazing! So started out good then ask my for couple of A1's on the side like always - We got you. He says Then I have a special needs son and I thought it would be nice to get a couple stickers because he loses his mind for stickers. He says of course I got some stickers for you. Here you go brother. Food was exceptional. The greeting was way way over and above, one of my best experiences ever. finally got to try out five guys' famous cheeseburgers and fries for the very first time with my friend michelle. it's a popular american fast food chain with a similar feel to in-n-out burger. I persoanlly do like in-n-out burger tho. A good thing about five guys is that they have 2 size of burgers to choose from, and their "little cheeseburger" isn't really that little. It's big enough to fill me up.

We also tried the grill cheese sandwich, but i was kind of disappointed because they just used the same hamburger bun for the grill cheese, and i thought there would be a toast like sandwich bun used specifically for grill cheese.

Their fries are pretty delicious to be honest, it's a bit greasy but seasoned nicely
