I.Talia — Restaurant in Ridgefield

I'm a frequent flyer, as well as a proud titanium member at ilani. I frequently stay at the hotel on average of six times a month. I've eaten at the i.talia on several occasions. Most recently I've had an issue with the service. One of the workers is rude for absolutely no reason. I'm the type to give everyone a second and sometimes a third chance. We all have bad days. Unfortunately my hand is forced to write a review. On the 9th of February I ordered my usual sandwich with chips. After eating half the sandwich, the other had a clear amount of what I believe to be grit/sandy substance on the lettuce. I took in to show the young lady who immediately stated.
