I've visited NU a few times but having decided to transition to veganism this year, NU has become a staple for me. The food is always fresh and flavorful. As a starter, I had the Sambusa. It pretty much is like a spring roll. One can order it will beef or lentils. Of course I choose lentils.

The ginger tea was also notably delicious. Also, the prices were very reasonable. I was just visiting Vegas, but when I come back I'll remember this restaurant for a good...
