Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in College Park

The woman at the counter of this Popeyes on 12/7/24 at the international Atlanta airport was extremely rude. The time was approximately 3:30pm. She never smiled once. Her tone was demanding when she told me where to stand while my husband was still ordering food for us. She never asked if we needed sauce, so once we got to the next window we asked the guy for 4 ranch, there’s 4 of us. The lady then yelled over the counter, they didn’t ask for sauce and it’s 54 cents each and said we had to get back in line for it. By that time the line was long for already having our warm food ready and needing to make it to our next flight. So we decided to leave with no sauce. Then we look through our food and they didn’t even give us the biscuits that were supposed to come with the 4 combo meals we ordered. I wish I would’ve gotten her name to post it here as well. I’m generally a very understanding person but there was no reason for her sassy attitude. She needs a reprimanding, a write up perhaps. If it were up to me she’d be fired! This location at concourse D8 is outrageous. I got there to purchase food and had only cash on me. There was a sign that says cash payment here. I joined that line only to be told they will not take my cash as there is no cashier to serve me. I had to give one of the customers a $50 bill cash for a meal that cost me $12 as i needed to feed my little one and did not have a credit or debit card as they insisted is the only method of payment. June 1 2025 around 1630 hours. Their customer service was a 0/1000. Very rude employees and one of the ladies kissing her teeth at me for insisting that i wanted the spicy meat. There was a male employee in a brown uniform who was also really unpleasant and sat on his phone texting the whole time behind the cash register. Incredibly rude staff and after 25 minutes of waiting, and watching at least 10 others get their food, we were not given anything until requesting a refund (we'd been asked twice while waiting what we ordered-- by the same employee). After requesting a refund our food magically appeared-- sort of. It was like pulling teeth to get any sauce (which we weren't even given what we requested) and at that point we'd given up and didn't even bother trying to get silverware (despite having Mac and cheese). Our 12 piece ended up only being a 10 piece-- so after all that we didn't even get the right order. Thankfully we did make it to our flight, but after a stressful day of flights, delays, and layovers the last thing we needed was to deal with rude, dismissive, and combative employees.
