If you don't eat here, you are making a B IG mistake! The Food is amazing, and the price is right. And did I say the food is amazing? Well, it's better than that. In my opinion, this place is ALL about the PHO. This is an incredibly comforting and delicious beef broth, simmered for hours and hours with beef bones to extract ALL the goodness possible. Then when it's perfect, you add various ingredients. We particularly love the SEAFOOD PHO, but the MEATBALL PHO is excellent as well, and once you've got the broth, well, the rest is just icing on the cake. We always like to start with two full orders of FRESH SPRING ROLLS (since one order is 2 rolls, wel you do the math). Then add a LARGE BOWL of PHO and the wife and I split it. And dont forget to add ALL the aromatics provided (cilantro, lime, culantro, basil, sliced jalapenos, and bean sprouts). Let these shredded ingredients steep in the hot soup for a minute, then add a squirt of sriracha and a squirt of HOISIN sauce, and you have arrived in FOOD HEAVEN!! There is NO WAY to eat this soup graciously, so plan on slurping your way to happiness. The noodles slip and slide as they jump off your spoon and into your mouth. You have finally arrived at NIRVANA!!! WOW! We were born & raised in Atlanta, and have feasted on PHO for decades on Atlanta's legendary BUFORD HIGHWAY ASIAN CORRIDOR, but this is simply the BEST Vietnamese food we have EVER encountered.

Having spent some time in multiple different regions of Vietnam, and loving the food from that country, I can easily say that if you are anywhere nearby and want an authentic Vietnamese experience - this is IT! The food is delicious. Easily one of the best bowls of pho I’ve had stateside, totally competes with what you can get in Vietnam. The fresh spring rolls were amazing - shrimp, pork, and multiple different veggies rolled up in rice paper that wasn’t over moistened, with peanut sauce to dip them in. Everything was so good it almost gives you a euphoric feeling. I’m really appreciative that the owner took the time to talk with us, ask about our lives, share some of his with us, and talk with us about his home country. He was a nice man and friendly. Some people may have a little difficulty understanding him, or maybe would misconstrue his excitement and energy negatively, but he was genuine and likable. It was a very nostalgic experience for us and made me miss Vietnam. If we’re ever back through this way and he’s open, we won’t hesitate to stop again for a wonderful experience!!!

We were staying at a hotel in Brunswick after visiting Jekyll Island and looking for a place to eat. We love Vietnamese food so we took a chance on this place. Let me tell you about the experience. First off, I've eaten Vietnamese food all over the US, from San Francisco, Dallas, Tampa, Washington DC, NYC, and Boston, and I can honestly say the small place in Brunswick beats them all. I'm not exaggerating. This food is made with care and pride. You have to be patient. There's one guy running the place and cooking so don't expect to get your food in 5 minutes. I think we waited for about 10 minutes before he brought out the shrimp egg rolls and then at least 10 minutes after when he brought us our Bun. But it was worth the wait. Flavors were very balanced and portions were large without being grotesque. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Do yourself a favor and go to this place. I'm sure everything he makes is awesome.

This is hidden gem. We found this restaurant during our road trip and it was absolutely an amazing surprise. The location is very convenient from the main free way. The Phở is super super good. Wayyyss beyond our expectation. The best Phở ever all over the US. Much much much better than all the Phở at reputable restaurants. We arrived a minute before closing and the owner still cooked the Phở for us. He absolutely cooked with love! We were so lucky! We were the last customers of the day so we had some conversations with the owner. He was the one-man show: the chef, the waiter, the busboy... Such a hard worker. How could one person possibly do all these work and cook so many different dishes!! Beyond our imagination!! He has been looking to hire for help and just seemed to struggle to find people who wanted to work in restaurant industry. We are thankful that the owner has been working really hard to maintain the restaurant for the past 25 years and especially over the pandemic for us to have the opportunity to try his foods. We will certainly come back to try the rest of his menu and absolutely recommend this place. Thank you very much Mr. Sơn and good luck. (BTW the Phở was so yummy that we rushed to eat and forgot to take...
