I am SO grateful I found another home SK location that delivers via Uber Eats, besides this one. I was ordering from this location EVERY SINGLE DAY, spending at least $500-550 a week (because I love smoothie bowls, and I would order 2-3 with extra toppings to eat throughout the day). Again, 7 days a week (for at least 2 months at this point), to the point where the employees knew me by name. All of a sudden, ordering my items on the side in a separate container became an issue. I was told by the manager that I would have to pay .50 cent for each extra container that contained my extra toppings). Upon ordering, I said that that is totally fine. I don't want to change their policy and I am totally open with spending an extra .50. When I would place my order, I would call each and every time to ensure that my toppings were in separate containers separate from the base s that it isn't soggy when I would go back to eat my bowl later (because I was getting 2-3 with extra toppings for each). The manager again, assured me that this was no problem and I would have to pay, which was cool. I received my order the final time through Uber Eats (again, I called ahead) and was given exactly the opposite of what we had just previously discussed. The manager then stated that they had to change their minds because the cups were running low, in which I still insisted to pay for a whole container/supply of cups to accommodate my orders, especially if I were the cause of the decrease (even though I was spending hundreds of dollars . When speaking with the manager at that time, that should have been communicated, rather than being unable to fulfil my order the way we had just discussed and she agreed. She then stated that she would forward me to the owner. Days later, the manager gave me a call about the issue and thanked me for my business. I explained to her the inconsistencies since I had been ordering literally 7 days a week, and was receiving something different than what was intended. Long story short, she stated that they can not do this and the staff were giving me/charging me the cups without authorization.
Overall, I am SO grateful that the Lawrenceville location had absolutely no issue fulfilling my request, considering the volume in which I was ordering and the money I was spending for such a minor accommodation. I mean, I could have been given a zip lock for all I care, I just wanted it separated, and they continuously failed to do so, AFTER I was still paying for it. Unfortunately, I will never ever patronize this location again. I would have been fine had they stated in the beginning that the could not fulfill my request rather than fulfilling it all for me to receive something totally different than what I expected, discussed and paid for.

Wave my receipt the lady comes to the window I told her i want a refund She says “what -no”
Now I’m mad I’ve received no products and bad service but you’re refusing a refund
She says we ain’t even gna charge you for the diet down I said charging me isn’t the issue I’ve been here 7 mins no smoothie you got my order wrong
She says “have you been here before you always this way?” I said no my husband comes here but we won’t be back after today-she said good
I again asked for a refund she walked away
I left
So at this point refund my money 6.03 & 2.00 reward you redeemed on my account

We waited 15 minutes to order, when we ordered our regular half off smoothie on Fridays the kid had no idea what we were talking about. When we got to the window, the lady who said that she was a manager tried to explain that we needed the app and it was $1.99 off but it would be $5.00 off on the 27th. She was confusing herself as she was talking, so you can imagine how we felt. After 5 minutes of going back and forth with another employee trying to figure out the cash register, she gave us the $1.99 discount without the app and yelled for them to make the smoothie that they hadn't even started making.
