Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

Placed an online order that was completely wrong. The bread was stale and old. We paid extra for bacon it wasn’t on the sandwich no lettuce they added pickles that I do NOT eat they basically just made my order how they wanted to make it. I called and spoke with Julian. As I was telling what was wrong he was telling someone else (probably was the owner or manager who knows). After I complained he said okay ma’am have a good day. I was flabbergasted. I said that’s it can y’all at least give me the bacon I paid for. He said yes I can come back and get the lettuce and bacon. I will never visit this location again. I placed an online order at 9:30am for a 2:30pm pickup. The total of my order was $100.I received a notification on the app that the order is ready for pickup. I go inside to the pickup stand and no food was there. The guy asked me was i here for a pickup? I told him yes and gave him my name he said that we haven’t started on the order yet. I showed him that i received a notification that the order was ready. He said i don’t know how that happen because i didn’t do that. What is the point of ordering online and scheduling a pickup time? They clearly don’t care about or value me as a customer. I didn’t get my subs until 3:30 and when i got home the subs was wrong and one sub wasn’t wrapped in the Subway paper just in the white paper that they make it on. UPDATE!! Where are Erica and Eva??? This new team is the pits! If you don’t want to work here don’t apply it’s that simple! This location lost a star for this!!! It is June 29th at 9pm. These people clearly don’t want to be here and are upset that customers are coming in.

Erica and Ava are a dynamic duo these young ladies took time to listen and prepare my order perfectly and even took the time to write each name on the sandwich’s not to mention I arrived after 9 pm and I needed 7 subs; they know what great customer service is. As for the two girls who closed the store the night before on Jan 14th who locked the doors early and decided they would ignore the fact that I was outside they need to be retrained or let go!
