Placed an online order that was completely wrong. The bread was stale and old. We paid extra for bacon it wasn’t on the sandwich no lettuce they added pickles that I do NOT eat they basically just made my order how they wanted to make it. I called and spoke with Julian. As I was telling what was wrong he was telling someone else (probably was the owner or manager who knows). After I complained he said okay ma’am have a good day. I was flabbergasted. I said that’s it can y’all at least give me the bacon I paid for. He said yes I can come back and get the lettuce and bacon. The total of my order was $100.I received a notification on the app that the order is ready for pickup. I go inside to the pickup stand and no food was there. The guy asked me was i here for a pickup? I told him yes and gave him my name he said that we haven’t started on the order yet. I showed him that i received a notification that the order was ready. He said i don’t know how that happen because i didn’t do that. What is the point of ordering online and scheduling a pickup time? They clearly don’t care about or value me as a customer. Erica and Ava are a dynamic duo these young ladies took time to listen and prepare my order perfectly and even took the time to write each name on the sandwich’s not to mention I arrived after 9 pm and I needed 7 subs; they know what great customer service is.
