China Garden — Restaurant in Georgia

The worse chinese food and customer service ever. We called and placed in order for delivery and had the male repeat the order to us. When the delivery driver came and we checked the order we were missing the Honey Chicken. My wife called back and spoke with the male who took the order and he denied that we ordered the Honey Chicken even after we repeated the order several times to him before hand. In addition, we asked if we could reorder the Honey Chicken but we not paying a delivery fee as we just paid one and tipped the driver generously and the person became rude and unprofessional and said that he was still going to charge the delivery fee even though it was his fault. At this point we basically told him that we would not be ordering from them again as it was his mistake and not ours and he proceeded to tell my wife that he didn’t care. Furthermore the food that we finally got to eat was cold, no flavor and a can of ALPO dog food would have...

China Garden really doesn’t deserve one star. I knew the food was not all that great, but I was gonna grab some quick Chinese after shopping at Publix. There was no one in the place when I got there about 3 minutes after their posted time for lunch, but the guy refused to let me order a lunch special. He told me I could order off the dinner menu. I asked him what had changed in 3 minutes, and did he want to lose a customer over it? He said that’s the rule. Who’s rule??? That’s the rule!!! So I said I had a rule too, my rule is to just walk out and never come back. He just shrugged, so walked next door and got a great Calzone from Cosmo’s. I went Here For the First Time a couple days ago and the gentleman that waited on me was not friendly. I'm assuming he was the owner. His disposition wasn't the best and the place was a little unkept. It didn't look really clean but it was not to the point where it was filthy but they could use a good cleaning. The food was a C-minus as far as taste.
