Took elderly father there today. Went thru drive thru because no traffic or line. Pulled up started reading menu to him cashier kept trying to rush I asked can she give me a sec reading menu to elderly parent. After constantly being rushed order placed. At window overheard cashier ( camia) tell cook who I could see his back and other lady that I was rude and was getting smart with her. I wasn't. Tried to talk to her but she was very rude. Got home food was burnt dad was mad because his sugar was low he really really wanted that bar b que but they threw in trash and vowed to never again got there. I hate places that hire the young and nasty . They are killing the food business with poor customer service and for the cook that gave burnt food you are a follower you will never rise following other people with bad attitudes. The biggest issue, its not a complicated order.... Regular Bbq sandwich combo (spicy sauce), beans and fries, and a large sweat tea. I order this same exact thing from one of the locations almost weekly. My first trip to this restaurant, the sides and sandwich were incorrect. The second time, the sides were right but sandwich is still wrong. 3rd times a charm right? Not here. The cashier heard me correctly, acknowledged what I said, the receipt even states the correct order.... meanwhile the staff still cannot comprehend what a bbq with spicy sauce means. If you are going to charge 10+ dollars for a combo meal.... can we atleast make the sandwich correctly? DD driver waited until about the 45 minute mark then abandoned it when the food wasnât ready. I called the second DD driver and he was told he had to wait for someone to let him in to pick up my now cold order. I called Tops and they said they were âshort staffedâ (isnât everyone these days? Figure it out or close your doors.) I finally got my cold food 90 minutes after placing the order. I gave 2 stars because I think the sandwich wouldâve been pretty good warm, but the mac and cheese was loaded with black pepper! Yuck. Also, they did not include the fries I ordered.
