Twistee Treat Celebration — Restaurant in Kissimmee

We actually discovered this ice cream place by accident in 2024, when we stopped by the Nike Store in the outlet, which is literally right next door. From the outside it already looked nice, so we thought, let’s check it out and see how it tastes.

Conclusion: Nike was great, but the ice cream here was even better! 😄 It’s honestly amazing – super tasty, creamy, and you can customize everything just the way you like it. There’s something for everyone. I always go for coconut with chocolate chips, but you can add M&M’s, Snickers, or whatever you like.

I’m a huge soft-serve fan, and this is by far the best ice cream in Orlando. I’d even call myself an official ice cream expert, and this place is on a whole different level – smooth, fresh, and absolutely delicious.

If you’re in Orlando, definitely stop by. It’s also not far from Disney, so it’s perfect for a quick break. This time we’re staying in Winter Garden, but last year we stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort, and from both places it’s just about 10 to 15 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

It’s absolutely worth stopping here for an ice cream and then continuing your day relaxed...

I took my son for ice cream and the service was more than slow. Understanding that there were only 2 people I patiently waited. I saw all of the cars on drive through getting ice cream and leaving and asked as window at almost a half hour if they got priority because we had walked from our resort. She said no but they have “easier” orders. We continued to wait and when we received our ice cream we’re given attitude from Sophia who claims to be the general manager while disrespecting a mom who is twice her age in front of my 8 year old son making him almost in tears while I was just trying to be patient and kind to her. I have come to this twistee treat on vacation for years and have never ever had service like this. As a matter of fact I have never been treated so poorly anywhere in my 50 years, I am also not in the habit of making bad reviews but I am saddened to think of how many are being mistreated as I have worked in costumer service management all of my life. Came tonight about ten minutes before closing there were five people already in front so I figure though it was close to closing we got there before they closed and we only wanted cones. The young blonde girl rolled her eyes and grunted and said something to her manager which said rudely we are closing in a few minutes and won't be taking your order and then pointed at the three people in front of us and said you will be the last ones. When we got into our car the three people had already ordered and were sitting down. It was still before closing and there was NO reason not to take our order of just 2 cones. Three people asked why you didn't take our order when you weren't busy and it was before closing. Just remember that the way you treated us in front of people shows how you treat your PAYING customers. People won't be coming back when you are rude and your business will fail.
