First time tonight. Philly cheese. Know this is a wing place. But just insight welcome to consider or disregard (addressing the owner) The Philly combo. Amazing price. But it showed. Best first. Fries. Amazing. Crispy. Perfectly seasoned and I usually dislike crinkle fries. You nailed that. Now the two steak phillys. Bread tastes homemade if not. Still tasty. Fresh. However. My sandwhichs were 80% bread 20% steak. It was like eating Popeyes biscuits with no drink. Good bread. Just too much. Worst thing was the steak quality. Couldn’t tell if it was dry or so much bread gave me cotton mouth. Couldn’t finish it. It’s definitely pre packaged shaved steak. Not ribeye sliced. No taste. Dry. My Philly was 25% steak 75% bread. I can’t order it again. Worst I’ve had. But I know business is learning. Price is great. I see why. Wing n burger has a foot long ribeye shaved Philly for $15. Yalls was $11. My opinion but as a cheesesteaks lover. Keep your bread. Just make it thinner. Better quality steak not random shaved steak. Put more on it. Of course raise the price. Think you’d do wonders. But just my view. Yours was $4 cheaper but honestly. Even if it was $5 for the Philly id I wouldn’t and probably go to McDonald’s. I want a juicy cheese Philly not a loaf of bread with pieces of cheap steak. I couldn’t finish it. Haven’t tried the wings. But work on that Philly. Worst I’ve ever had. Btw. That half of the sub. I took all the meat off the other half and just stacked it on one. And it’s still sad. Quality vs quantity, the steak is no quality and no quantity. Owner, go to wing n burger in Conyers by the hospital. $15 meal. With drink. Foot long Philly. Juicy and weighs like 2 pounds. No disrespect do as you wish but that picture I had to discard half the sub just to get even that little meat is almost criminal. And it’s not ribeye. It’s shaved steak which is the cheapest to buy.
