Waiting time is horrible at this location…. I arrived at 3:23 to pick up a delivery order. I did not leave there till after 4:10pm because they gave the order away four times….as I sat there and waited and watched at least 10 people get their orders and each order that was sent out they kept apologizing and saying they gave the order away…The atmosphere became very negative when Serenity came into work…I did not see her wash her hands. She kept touching her face, her hair and her Apple Watch talking with a nasty attitude about non work related issues …Dana told her several times that she couldn’t hear her and kept trying to give her orders…There was a gentleman in the back was the only cook was trying to do the best that he could while receiving orders continuously from Dana… there was one more lady that was there working the parking lot, trying to explain things, but was overlooked at times because of the unprofessionalism that was going on inside… about three other employees came in around 4 o’clock to clock in, but they still couldnt get it together. The order that was placed via dash… I waited patiently because the person that placed the order did not wanna cancel but the customer service was very poor… Serenity needs to wash her hands or wear gloves, please tie that ponytail up (stop touching hair between fixing food or taking orders with no gloves on) because that is cross-contamination love…she asked me questions about my order over and over like what did I order? What did I have? I had explained it 3times and after the 3rd time I stopped repeating myself and talked to Dana. Dana and her would go back and forth about the wrong order while other customers waited for their orders to be taken by Serenity…Why did I need to keep repeating myself when it was a dash that was placed online order? Read moreSo went through the drive through and Michael took care of me. When i got hole noticed that my order was missing the drinks. Shrugged it off. Opened the bag and the order was not mine. Called the number on google. And it connected me to Julie. She was amazing asked if i needed to bring the food back to show her it was wrong. She said no need we would just throw it away. She was dropping fresh good and i let her know i was on my way. Got there and let the you g lacy that approved that i was there for the mix up order she went in. Michael came out rude as all outdoors. Said where is the food. I let him know what Julie said. Mine you he placed my order and brought me the wrong order. He said we cant help you till you bring back the food. Then gets disrespectful when i asked for a manager and he said i am the manager. So the receipt connected to the bag i called and got Hector who was even more disrespectful when he over talked me the entire conversation but got offended when i let him know that it takes one ounce of management skills to actively listen and not over talk the customer. I asked for his managers information and he refused. Called locations and got back to Julie. Let her know what happened. Found put that hector lied his Area managers name is Ken. So i will be letting Ken know who he has in place need to be reevaluated once i disclose the comments that Michael and Hector vocalized to me that i will not include in this review. Read moreService was HORRIBLE we placed order at 8:30 we did not leave the premises until after 9:15. The excuse they used after I had to call and find out what the problem was why was taking so long to get gizzards that I agreed to wait 6 to 8 minutes was oh they didn't realize when they put the gizzards in to cook that that wasn't on that it was cold oil so they asked if I did want to wait I agreed yes I did well, I waited another 15 minutes when the food finally came out my corn nuggets were cold and my gizzards we're warm not hot like they just came out. When I first got there and ordered my gizzards they explained to me is it okay if there is some livers in there that they and I said excuse me what do you mean and they said oh somehow we got little pieces of liver with the gizzards I said so they got mixed. no it's because we are closing at 10:00 so we start combining our food. What when do you ever combine your food and hour and a half before you close better yet when do you ever combine your food. remind you this was at 8.30. I hope that nobody that ordered gizzards at that bushes was allergic to livers or vice versa you don't ever mix food why not put some tenders or some chicken pieces in with the livers or the gizzards hello what manager is running that business in Converse they need to be fired or returned so no my experience was...
