Placed order in advance, received text stating it was ready for pickup, but I didn’t receive my order. First they said they were understaffed so they were backed up, although there was about 10 employees working. Then they stated that they were remaking my order because they gave it out accidentally to someone else. Then they said my order wasn’t in the system, provided the order number so they were going to start on it. Then I was told it was coming up and it just needed to be cut. All of this took place over a span of 1 hr in the lobby watching people come and go after me. I literally witnessed multiple people come in, place a order, receive their order, & leave. Now I am irate and the “manager” did nothing to to aid with resolving my issue but opted to be combative with me further escalating the situation. I demanded a refund before I left the store in which she insisted on battling, repeatedly telling me to leave. I couldn’t trust the “manager” to ensure that my order was fulfilled so I definitely wasn’t trusting the “manager” to refund my order outside of my presence. This “manager” had no customer service skills to speak to me in a professional manner, remedy my issue, deescalate the situation, properly refund my money, or fulfill my order. Read moreI tell you what I will never use a different pizza place as long as I am at my home...hands down the best always fresh and always good.. I went through quite a few horrible experiences with other pizza places i will not name.. But these guys and lady's take pride in what they do for sure...I give them 5 stars and then some...I have only had one problem and they were very kind and they handled it very professionally and it was not even a bad experience it just took a min to get the pizza as it was extremely busy as they have great food...so really was no problem:) we got our food fresh and great as always..And with a great manners from the delivery drivers from this place.. Also the manager is very respectful.. and they always get to my house with a fresh and amazing food...Don't know how they do it as so many others have failed horribly.. but as I said great management and a great staff always a blessing to find..So you want a good pizza it is worth it to go to these guys for sure thanks for the great experience every time !!! Read moreOrdered a pizza and some other items. Delivery took much longer than the estimated time that was given, which is fine. Open the pizza, the ENTIRE pizza was wrong. Double checked the receipt, the information on the receipt was correct, so the error was on their end. Called the store, was on hold for over 10 minutes (total call time was 25 minutes). Customer service wasn't BAD, but it wasn't that good either. They offered to remake the pizza. I told the employee I talked to I knew they were busy, so if they needed to wait until things slowed down a little to remake the pizza and deliver it, that was okay. Just call or send a text to let me know when they were on their way. A while after we got off the phone, my husband walks in the door fussing about a pizza on the ground outside the door. THEY SAT THE REMADE PIZZA IN FRONT OF MY DOOR ON THE GROUND AND LEFT. NO call. NO text. THEY DIDN'T EVEN RING THE DOORBELL OR KNOCK. I was just a few feet from the door the entire time after I got off the phone with them, so I would have heard them even if they had knocked. So now I have a pizza we didn't really want because it was totally wrong and another one we can't eat because we don't know how long it was there and what bugs may have...
