Sad Excuse for a Chain Restaurant...Watch, Arby's will respond with a generic and lame reply to "Please let them know more" via a link so they can get right on it, BUT they never improve any at all; so unprofessional!!! I have already tried this link a few times, but it keeps kicking me out of the system. Arby's is only posting this to Save Face!!! Here's my issue this time, in addition to many other times in the past...I drove 30 minutes round trip to buy their special combo due to an advertisement while watching the Palmetto Bowl during half-time, but they were out of the buns; WHAT??? Last time their milkshake machine was down. I would ask who they have running this joint, but I guess it would be nobody. It's very sorry to not be on top of your customer related services during lunch on a Saturday, especially during the Thanksgiving weekend. The employee didn't even offer a substitute or a free fry for the inconvenience of time or gas. AWFUL experience. I hope I've learned my lesson and will just start stopping by one of the many places closer home as my first choice instead of it winding up being my second choice after Arby's offers such POOR service. Safe your time and don't waste your money here. Enough is Enough!!! Do Better with management so we may be able to return one day.

Read moreStore has gone downhill since covid. The lobby is NEVER open anymore, and the drivethru takes FOREVER. As I write this, I've been in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, with 3 cars ahead of me. The lights are all turned off, inside and out. The place looks closed. They need to do better.
Edit: Wife went to McDonald's while I was waiting in the drive thru, got back with food before I was able to order from here!
45 minutes later.... I finally have my food! This is ridiculous. I understand being short staffed, I am a restaurant manager, but this is insane.
Edit edit: Got my food home, I ordered some beef and cheddar and some classic roast beef sandwiches. The classic sandwiches had more meat than the beef and cheddar, and they put BUFFALO SAUCE on my beef and cheddars! I am VERY DISSAPOINTED, I will be calling customer service and leaving a complaint. If I didn't stay almost 45 minutes away, and didn't have to sit in drivethru for another hour, I would be returning these. This is awful. If I could leave no stars, that would still be too many. Cashier was completely miserable, but I was hungry and normally really like Arbys so even though bad first impression I ordered anyway. First thing I realize is they charged me large fry prices on mediums, when I questioned it Ms. personality informed me she’s just a worker. Asked for manager, his excuse was they change the prices all the time we can’t keep up….all along I’m watching the cashier long scraggly hair flying all over the place. Tie it back, I don’t want your hair in my food!!!! girl making food is slamming it all around the back counter, smashing turkey onto the bread, sticking broken up pieces of cardboard to unjamb the toaster feeder… yeah good idea touch all the rolls with dirty cardboard.
