So sick of this location. We have had bad experience after bad experience. We order DOUBLE cheese every time we order pizza. Every time we order from here it he store fails to give us double cheese. The manager had even come out to tell us how much cheese is supposed to be in “double cheese” I can assure you and the manager can even ensure that we have been left without double cheese. This has only been an issuer in Conway at this specific location. Last night as in the 17th of July 2020 at around 11:00 am we called to see how long the store was open, the person that answered said “I’m not sure here recently they were going to change it let me see if they did” she then gets back on the phone and says “2 am “ and then hangs up. We then made our Togo order (carry out) at 1:3O ish or somewhere around there and went about our way. Soon after making the order my husband was like maybe you should call to make sure they do double cheese because the last Thing we need is them not being able to fix the exact pizza they ALWAYS have to fix. So I call and the girl that answers the phone after 3 minutes of ringing answers and puts me on hold for a minute or two and then says and I quote “yes your pizza will have double cheese “ and she hangs up. I then realize I have a voicemail from someone else 30 Seconds after I had talked to that person. I call the person that left me a voicemail and she tells me that they are no longer doing carry out and I respond with “well that was my order and we are almost there so should we turn around and let your drive across town or are you close to me” she says “SINCE you are close go ahead and come to the site and we will give you your pizzas but for future reference our carry out ends one hour ahead. For one why was that not mentioned in the initial phone call asking what time. Also when I called to double Check on the double cheese why again was this not told to me. I am beyond frustrated with this location the two females that answered were rude and hung up Quickly after answering the first question we asked. Read moreWhen I first ordered here, a year or so ago, the service was average and it was delivered with fine quality. Lately, I have honestly seen better quality food and also very kind staff. I think that is amazing given the current conditions and knowing how people treat me at work as well right now. Today, I was placing my order online and decided to call the store before doing so. A really nice man answered the phone and helped me with my questions, even suggested other menu options for what I was looking for, I believe his name was Thomas (sorry if its not). They always deliver with kindness and minding all the non-contact rules. Even though they are wearing masks, you can hear sincerity in their voices and kindness in their presence. I know the food business is tough, standing between someone and their food isn't easy and I applaud you all. Read morePut in a mobile order to be picked up at 6:15PM. I showed up around 6:00PM and saw my name on the order board through the window. At exactly 6:15PM I saw my order was ready so I headed inside to pick it up.
Once I got inside I realized that my order was submitted in the middle of the bulk of their orders because I saw the order board go full with a few pages of orders. When I came in they asked my name and I told them. They went to look for it and after a while wasn't able to find it.
Brendan helped to look up my order in the system, track it, and requested his fellow team for a remake. The remake was dropped in the oven and while I waited Brendan was very helpful and friendly to everyone else as they came through. I used to work at Papa John's and I've seen slow days as well as very busy days. Domino's was very busy today but Brendan helped to make sure I got my order.
