Where to start.. I spent nearly 70.00 on my meal, Shrimp Lo mein spoiled within a few hours. Also, I ordered a mixed vegetable and when I got home it was all broccoli, I don't mind broccoli I like it but when you pay for something ESPECIALLY at that price you expect to get it. It just sucked spending that much money and not getting what you want. When I called them back to complain the girl was super rude and didn't want to take the blame. You Think when you spend that much money on a meal customer service will be a little better but it's not. I asked for some hot oil sauce and they only gave me one and when I asked for an extra they got pissy with me and told me I have to give them a 1.00 lol woww I spent so much money already and you can't just give me an extra sauce. Their prices have gone up and portions have gone down. Mind you I've been eating here for the past decade plus. My mother is a nurse at the hospital by their restaurant and that is how I discovered that place but I'll let her know and hopefully she'll tell her fellow nurses to stay away and to take their business somewhere else. This would be my first EVER online...
Read moreI would love to give this place a five-star review because I love the food. However, my experiences with the lady at the counter are so ridiculously rude. First time I waited at the counter because she was on her phone, figured it may be business related so I don't bug her. After a couple minutes there's a line so I take a peek over the counter and she's scrolling through Amazon on her phone, unreal that I had to say something to get her to do her job instead of shop. Many other times she's done similar but that stuck out because I caught her neglecting her job for Amazon. If she doesn't want to work there that badly (it's very obvious) then they should hire someone to replace her.
Smaller and more of an annoyance than real complaint is I always order online so when I get there I tell them I'm picking up an online order. Every single time they try to look me up in their not-online system and can't find me until I repeat that it's online. Small but annoying.
I wish it wasn't a little frustrating every time because I do love their food, it's my go to small Chinese place...
Read moreMy wife and I could not find food that we wanted on a Saturday evening as it seemed our favorite places, especially for Jamaican food, were already out of our choices. Chinese food came up as an option and we settled on the one in Rio Pinar Plaza. We have not bought Chinese food here since our children were in middle school over a decade ago. We were interested to know if the same people were in business. It turned out they were, and at least one new face by marriage. The man was very welcoming and had respectful conversation. We placed an order for Lo Mein and General Tso's chicken. While enjoying the meal we realized that the boss, perhaps the same man, gave us a discount. That was very thoughtful. I couldn't resolve why the PT of chicken looked twice the quantity of a PT of Lo Mein. I called on the 2285 number and it was explained how the custom was. By the way, 7339 reports that it's not a working number. I hope you stay in business and go from generation to generation. We put the restaurant on our favorite places list, a renewal after a long...
