On August 27, 2024 at about 6:00 pm, I placed an order to Pizza Hut via my mobile app. After placing the order, the app did not tell me if the order was for carry-out or delivery. I called the phone number for the store (the app provides the number and address) and I talked to a female. I asked if she could please check my order and tell me if it was for delivery or carry out. She put me on hold to check. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, I decided to drive over to the store, but I never hung up the call. I made it to the store, and I was still waiting for someone to come back to me on the phone. Upon entering the store, I observed a female employee laughing and joking with another employee. She knew I was there because we made eye contact, but she chooses to ignore me. When another employee came to the front, I asked for the manager. Two minutes later, the female who ignored me came to the front. I asked for her name, and she said it was Francheska. I explained the I was holding on the phone for a while, and she said that they were very busy. I told her that I saw her joking around with another employee and that she was not occupied enough not to answer the phone to what she replied about what my needs were. After explaining what happened, she just asked for my name, looked behind her and took my Ready order from the warmer. She then offered me a refund, which I declined and told her that what I need is better service, to which she just said: “I am sorry. Have a good day.” One hour later since I left the house, I was back to my house with COLD pizza and bread-sticks. This was definitely NOT a memorable experience and my wife and I were not very happy with Pizza Hut. This is a big part of the reason why so many businesses close. When customers are not happy with service, they will go somewhere else! Pizza Hut: you need to train your employees to make sure they are happy with the service too. Read moreI've been ordering from this Pizza Hut for the last few months and after last night I will never order from this particular Pizza Hut again. For the last three weeks I've given the instructions "please call, don't knock" as I've been doing since I became a frequent customer. See, I typically order pizza late at night when I have people asleep in my home. And for the past three weeks each delivery driver ignored my instructions, even when they were printed clear as day on the receipt. I tried calling the manager and she told me that she would write instructions for me to be a "call only" customer and yet the delivery driver last night still rang my doorbell. And then even though he was looking dead at the receipt he tried lying to me that the instructions were not there, so I pointed right at them. But then it only got worse from there, I ordered one large pepperoni and mushroom pizza and instead I get two medium pizzas with the same toppings. The manager (a different one from the one I spoke to earlier) told me that they had run out of large pies at the time but the problem here is that he didn't bother calling me and asking if it was okay for him to change the order. He tried explaining that he was too busy to call me but if you ask me what he did was very unprofessional. Now on record the two mediums would have been the same for what I would have paid for a large but I didn't need nor want that much pizza. Nevertheless he told me he just received a shipment of large pies and I finally received it. At around 12:50 am. Read moreThis is the WORST Pizza hut! We ordered from there last weekend and not only did the pizza take an hour and half to arrive to our house, but it was also under cooked. We called then and they told us that they made sure it was made correctly before it was sent. They finally gave us a credit for us to order again. We decided to give it another chance and ordered a pizza again tonight not even using the credit and it arrived in a timely manner but was again under cooked. I called and told them that it was the second time and the manager told me that she checked our pizza and it was fully cooked. It was not. We had to put it in our oven at home and cook it longer. The manager kept telling me I was wrong and it was cooked. I told her I didn't want to argue about it and I wanted a refund for the pizza. I had already thrown away the 2 slices that we had attempted to eat and we ate 2 pieces after it was recooked in our oven. You should not have to recook for that you are ordering. The manager said the only way she would give me a refund is if we returned the pizza. I don't understand that logic since they will have to throw it away already and I had told her I was cooking it for us to eat. None the less I said fine and when the delivery girl came to pick it up and return our money she had to call her manager cause there were only half the pizza there to make sure she could give me the money.
