So I normally go to a different Starbucks with my great dane. But today I was at publix so I went thru the drive thru at this location. Made my order and I asked please can you put my dogs pup cup in the espresso cup as he is large and his mouth won't fit in the little cups they normally give out. I didn't ask for extra whip just to have a little bigger cup for his mouth. I know this can be done I do it all the time at two other locations. This guy was very serious on not allowing me to have a little bigger cup. I even offered to pay extra just so my large dog could have the room he needed to enjoy his pup cup. But still the answer was no he wasn't even nice about it at all. The manager kept telling him not to do it. I will not be returning to this location . I normally do not complain but he is my service dog and it made no since as to why I simply couldn't have a slightly larger cup even after I said I'd pay for it. The window guy was rude and simply did not want to understand my issue. Sure to that guy he's just a dog. But to me he's my best friend and my helper he is a customer as well. Let's learn to be kinder and more open to larger breed...
Read moreWe were heading out after driving down from the Panhandle to get my MIL and her cats with Hurricane Milton set to hit the area. We were very tired as we had driven most of the day, herded 6 cats, and still had a 6+ hour drive home. It was almost 9pm and we were looking for caffeine. I wasn’t sure what time this location closed, but I pulled into the drive thru at 8:56 and the Barista greeted me very welcoming and took my order, 3 drinks. I realized they were about to close and apologized and said it’s ok they couldn’t make them. She said, no they could and that they didn’t close until 9. She was so willing to take and complete my order when they were closing in 4 mins. I hate to go anywhere as they’re closing, along with people act like it’s a burden and plus they’re so close to having things cleaned up that it feels wrong. But she didn’t make me feel bad, in fact she made me feel valued. I told her we were on the way out and needed the caffeine. It was a pleasant experience, the drinks were on point and we were on our way home. Thank you for going above and beyond for us! I will definitely visit this...

The set up is nice but there are only 2 good baristas. I kid you not I am a gold member and go to Starbucks 5-6 times a week but my experience yesterday and today was below average, way below.
Yesterday I go to starbucks and had a coffee at 10:49am I nevet left the store, nor did I get up to use the restroom until around 4pm. Thats when I decided to get a refill of my coffee. The girl at the counter made it seem like I was trying to mooch and get a free coffee. She asked me when I got the coffee, where I came from, said I cant just walk up and think I can get a refill - theres a time limit and all this other BS. I was in the store since the AM studying!
Today, they misplaced my order or just didn't fulfill it. I went back up to the counter ordered and they did a haphazard job on my java chip frap. Im not trying to complain but the enployee's customer service skills...
