Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Florida

I came into the store and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I asked for an Amazon kick bowl in a cup because I was driving. The manager said my girls have been asking me about you and I told them they are doing things wrong. They are not allowed to do that because we have to charge for the cups. I said well I’ve only been in your shop a few times and ordered this twice but I’ve ordered it at other shops around town as well. I’m charged for cup size and extra toppings. They typically make the amazon smoothie and add the toppings like the bowl. I usually pay around 10+ dollars for my smoothie. I became offended because she stated that I know about you as she knows me personally and she does not. With the hundreds of people that come into the store, you single me out is if Im the only person whose ever ordered that. I’ve heard other people ordering the same thing. I felt that was very unprofessional and I felt stereotyped. She made it appoint to tell me she was the manager. Then she asked me why am I upsetting you and I stated your delivery was not necessary and it was uncalled for. May I please just have an Amazon kick bowl and then I stopped speaking. She proceeded to talk /mumble and proceeded to say say other stuff. I just told her never mind and that’s what I would never return again. I am also a manager of over 30 employees. Remember a customer can spend their money anywhere. The approach should have been different nor do I need to be accused /singled out as if I’m stealing. She made me feel like I was stealing from the store and I always willing to pay for anything I want. If I could leave zero stars I would. I had the most unpleasant experience at this planet smoothie. Upon entering the store I realized I forgot my mask, my significant other had a mask, I had a jacket however and used that to cover my face in the meantime. The person behind the counter asked me to leave after selecting my smoothie, which I understood completely since I didn’t have a mask. I walked out of the store and soon after my significant other walked out as well and told me that the server told him to leave as well, which I was confused about since he had a mask on. I didn’t think anything was wrong at all until another person entered the store (we were the only customers when we went in), the patron ordered and was not asked to leave the store to wait for his order as we did. We got our smoothies, and drank them in our car as watched other customers enter the store and were not asked to leave. I am completely disappointed with the experience we had and we will not be returning to this location again. (As a side note, I am a pro masker and simply lost my mask...

The staff is awesome . The quality of shakes great too . The only reason I’m giving this place a 1star is because the proprietor Of this business thinks it’s ok to not proved a restroom. For months The poor staff have been told it’s due to Covid ,which any health inspector will tell you providing a bathroom is mandatory so patrons can wash their hands properly along with other bathroom needs. At first I thought their signage says out of service . But now after frequenting this business I’ve seen the bathroom blocked off for months !!! If the owner reads this which what I hope they do ,please don’t lie to your staff and please do the right thing and proved a clean bathroom for your patrons to use . Hand sanitizer shouldn’t be our only option to clean...
