Wow, just finished an uber eats delivery from this place. Im not normally the type to make special requests, especially through and app knowing it will never be seen.

The ordering options are good but missing a couple things id have been happy to pay extra for, but not being available there is a special request box on everything i looked at and i thought lets try.

Every item had a special request. And one(garlic knots) i regret because sometimes you recieve them dry and remember that one time they were soaked through and how good they were. Next time i wont ask for these to be soaked through. I feel they would have been better as per menu. Still good if its what you want and you get what you ask for!

Wings were huge! I asked for all flats theyre my thing... hot ...asked to add some garlic... sauce was interesting... didnt dislike, really liked actually but not what i expected it was like a buffalo infused tomato sauce not sure if that was a byproduct of my order or the standard add garlic... not a negative by any means tasted great but wouldnt have minded a bit more heat for their hottest option, maybe they can reply and clarify this or make it a menu option(the added garlic) as it was delicious!

My only complaint is some of the onion sizes in the calzone- i tend to prefer strombolis as not a fan of ricotta... so i added a special request for light on the ricotta... fit me just right between the two! They may have 86'd ricotta from mine and i wouldnt know. But it had the creaminess so i dont know. It was great! But some of the onion slices i would have prefered smaller.

End of story: fan-freaking-tastic 100% will be frequenting! 5 stars all the way despite that over sized piece of onion i love onion!

Came to Orlando for the weekend and stayed at the Marriott when asked a good place to order pizza from for me and my four children, this place was recommended, and they even deliver she said. I called at 8pm, the person on the phone was very distracted and had me repeat my phone number, spell the name of the hotel a couple of times, repeat and spell my name more than once, asked me to repeat my credit card number, and so on. He said it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. I said ok. Ordered 2 medium pizzas for almost $40. At 9:10 I called to see if the delivery person had left because I forgot to ask for paper plates. They said that he had already left. At 9:35 I called back because we still did not receive our pizza. They said he should be here. I called the lobby and they said he just left because he had the wrong room number, and didn’t think to call the restaurant to check. Called back to the restaurant, they swore they had the correct room number and tried to contact the driver. They said he’ll be right back. 10pm... still waiting... 10:10... called and asked the same person answering the phones to cancel the order. As I hang up the delivery guy knocks on my door apologizing and told me he went back to reheat the pizza. Super nice guy! He explained that he had been given the wrong room number and when he called the restaurant the young man answering the phones gave him my phone number but it was also incorrect. I felt terrible for him. The pizza is really good and we were really starving so I am so grateful the delivery guy didn’t give up! So I will raise my review to 3 stars and maybe we’ll try it again for lunch or next time we’re in town, but I hope that the young man answering the phones gets...

WOW....Just wow... never experience such a bad service in my life that I remember... sorry for the owners, but from the lack of manners of the employees to the lack of flavor, will definitely not recommend or go back. We got there after a 3 hours brightline trip from Miami, heading to our Marathon weekend at Disney. Searched google map for the nearest restaurant and found this place... for me Italian food never fails... Well, after being there for a little while seating, the waitress decided to appear and introduce herself literally saying: "hey, what do you want?" ... it really got us by surprise, we looked at each other like is this real... but whatever... I ordered Chicken Francese, a dish hard to fail, but it did... on top of that the waitress disappeared and I never got the chance to ask for parmesan cheese, the other waitresses ignored us deliverately, I say it because one of the them literally looked at me and decided to look the other way. At that point, I just ate my chicken and no big deal, decided to ask for cheese to go and take the pasta for dinner...well, once our waitress decided to pass by, she grabbed all the used napkins (mines and my friend's) and decided to dump them in the plate full of pasta instead of the empty plate my friend had... I told her I was planning on taking that home... she goes ahead and removes the napkins from the plate, and asked if I wanted a togo box... to what I responded with a grossed out face to just take plate and bring the check. Sorry to post this... but I feel I had to. The bread was amazing, too bad it came with the appetizer and the food...
