I literally pulled up to an empty drive thru . I searched the screen to look to see if they were running any deals . The young lady came over the speaker and asked did I need any help , I said to give me a second . I was on the phone with a friend who told me that sometimes they have deals on the app, so I goes to look for something in the app . It hadn’t been a minute before she comes over the speaker again to ask did I need help with anything . I proceeded to say again “to give me a minute “ and that I was looking at the app. She says “I’m sorry you can’t order through the app while in the drive thru. You will have to place the order and wait a few minutes and come back through the drive thru “ ! That didn’t make sense at all!! So I told her okay . So I start to look back at the menu to just choose something else . In the mist of me doing so , an employer comes out , and ask me to move forward . I asked him why , because again no one is behind me . He proceeds to say because you’re just sitting here . I said I am sitting here about to order ! Realizing that he looks very dumb , he proceeds to say , “oh I thought something was wrong with your vehicle “! Well sir if that was really so, why would you ask me to move forward?! I understand that this is a fast food place , but that does not mean to rush your customers to order ! Neither does it mean for them to give you a play by play on what they are doing and how they are going about ordering ! This was so upsetting, bc I felt rushed and almost bullied ! Prince street Taco Bell, Please do better ! Because it’s always the customers who are keeping your place of business OPEN and allowing the citizens of Conway to have another option...

She already annoyed the HECK out of me while I was at the kiosk just with the sheer obnoxious energy she was raining onto everyone in the store, no escape- loud and totally distracting. Then, when there was a small issue with the food, she went into total defense and panic mode over a few chunks of chicken on my kids burrito. She was direction someone else to ring me up..without any prompt to do so, mind you, for extra chicken when an AMAZING employee said she would just pay for it after seeing what the food looked like. The chicken was super scarce, it was totally obvious. 90% flatbread 10% chicken. Instead of saying something like Oh I'm so sorry that's just our standard now for that product, she instead started shouting about how the boss is cracking down on that and made everything awkward. The boss needs to really re-evaluate the amount of meat on the flatbreads, it is totally out of proportion and the serving sizes were 50% smaller on almost everything we ordered from yesterday to today. So disappointed honestly. It's just fast food but this taco bell was the only decent one left..til today. One day and it changed, now I'm never going back. One person has ruined...
Read moreI love Taco Bell with all my heart, & I usually dine there about twice a week for the past 10 years. I’ve also visited approximately 25+ locations, and the Price St location is AWESOME . HOWEVER, Tonight I visited the new location in Conway, AR on Dave Ward Dr. It was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. To start, the Drive through worker was very rude and short. She did not embody the values of Taco Bell I’ve come to love. She rudely took my order, and proceeded to enter it wrong on the screen. I told her it was wrong twice and said she would correct it, and to drive around. Then once to the window, rude service and she had not fixed the order. I corrected her, and the food she gave me was still wrong. I didn’t check at the window, because after the third correction I was sure it would be correct. I’m very dissatisfied with the new location. I will not be returning, and will continue to drive to the Prince and Oak Street locations( even though they are farther away). I hope someone from corporate will address the customer service at this location. Like I said, I eat more Taco Bell 2xs a week for ten years, and this was by far the worst experience and customer service I’ve ever received...
but long story short do not go to the new Taco Bell, go to the one on Prince St. for excellent service...
