I received my order and once received I noticed not all of my food was given to me, the receipt did not even list every item that I ordered, the employee whom bought my food purposely crumpled up my receipt and ripped up my receipt once I asked about it, I advised the employee , whom bought out my food to me and he was very rude and cursed me out because I asked for the manager, then the manager came out to my vehicle, and I advised that I did not receive my entire order of which I paid for. The manager was very rude and cursed me out and called me a “lying black NIGGER” and told me that I was not getting the rest of my food and told me to leave the facility. I left the facility and I had already prepaid with my debit card, then I contacted corporate and they did not even try to help! Read moreWent to this sonic and got the carhop classic took about 10 minutes to get my food so I went straight home . Onion rings were cold and so hard I almost broke a tooth the burger was cold with old lettuce. I called sonic and the manager Natalie answered I told her the food was cold ,she tells me the onion rings are made to order ,and also tells me there's nothing she can do since it had been 30 minutes unless I bring the food back. I explained to her that I was not about to drive back over there when the cold food was their fault! So she puts me on hold acting like she called the general manager, she gets back on the phone and tells me to call the general manager tomorrow . This sonic is low budget and Natalie is very poor at customer complaints! I also was insulted and felt belittled when she acted like I was being untruthful about the food being cold! All this mess over a $3.31 meal . I'm calling the general manager tomorrow and if he starts talking stupid I'll go way...

It was just a simple order of large fry, for some reason when I went to pick up my order, Because I placed my order online via the website, the girl tried to charge me for the condiments and I was simply trying to order 3 little things of barbecue sauce to dip my fries in, she said, I was gonna have to pay for every condiment I wanted.
I was a little confused, because the website doesn't charge you for condiments they're free and I told her this and she said no we are starting to charge for them.
And we were literally arguing back-and-forth at a stall until she finally huffed and caved, but she would only give me one and I'm just confused because the website and the app do not charge you for condiments.
So I don't know why this girl was trying to charge me for something that sonic doesn't charge for, but this was shady and this is the last time I'm going to this location.
