8/3/25: Ordered spicy, but received regular chicken. One breast was soggy and chewy.

7/31/25: Ordered online and came by. 12 so-called "boneless wings" and a large mac cheese. No cars and doesn't seem to be any customers inside the store either. Was told to pull forward and wait by the trash can for 3.5 minutes due to the chicken being prepared. 27 minutes after arrival someone came out to ask what I'm waiting on and I told him my order. He brought it out 28 minutes after arrival and he did apologize. I think he was the manager. The mac cheese had water in the lid, clearly indicative of it sitting around. The chicken was luke warm after a 5 minute drive home. If I had to wait a half hour, why isn't the chicken hot and fresh? From 3/5 to 1/5.

7/1/25: You can't specify chicken breast in the app, but can't use rewards/offers without the app. The chicken is frozen, aside from the bone-in aka "signature". Depending on configuration you also can't get the spicy variant of the same "signature" chicken sometimes. Very weird. The wings in the "white" chicken option are dark meat and there's hardly any meat. Leaving stars 3/5 for now.

6/23/25: went by a couple times last week. They did fine. First visit was okay service with an accurate order. All they messed up on was asking what size drink I ordered for one drink, and then handing me a larger one than what was ordered. Second visit service wasn't great but food was fine. Now I went by today and 1 of 2 chicken breasts was cold, both were regular instead of spicy, fries were cold, sandwich was bland. Not sure what's going on. I'll put it up to 3/5 from the original 2/5 since 66% of my visits this week were fine.

OLD REVIEW: It's like these employees haven't gotten any of the training from Popeye's or any company ever on how to do customer service. They are pretty unresponsive and make 0 effort to be polite to their customers. They are...

Both Popeye's, in our area, have been extremely busy as of late. People are desiring a taste of the much heralded new chicken sandwich that suppose to rivals Chick-fil-a's. When I visited on August 24 2019, the drive through window traffic was wrapped around the building. I went inside to place my carryout order. While in line, a gentleman approached the counter to let an employee know that he had received a chicken sandwich with mayo. He had ordered it without. The employee took his sandwich, which was in a sandwich bag, and placed it on top of a self where workers retrieve food items from to give to customers. A woman, in line behind me, asked me, "What is she going to do with that sandwich?" I stated, "It may be where they put food to account for before throwing it out." Apparently that was not the case. When one of the employees working the drive through window ask for a particular type of sandwich, the employee that place the sandwich on the shelf, picked up the sandwich bag to read its' markings. It wasn't what she was looking for, so she placed it back on the shelf. The woman, in line behind me, and I decided that we had to bring it to the manager's attention. The woman approached the counter and got the manager's attention. The manager removed the sandwich after the concerned customer had spoken with her. Several sandwiches had been placed on the shelf and given to customers as we waited in line. The manager put the sandwich in a garbage can. She said something to the employee who responded that she was not going to give it to anyone. That is not true. Why would she put a food item, that had been touched by a customer, among other items that were given to customers? The customer obviously touched the sandwich. He was able see that...

So normally I wouldn't write a detailed review of a fast food restaurant on Google Maps. However my experience here the other day was absolutely awful. I went through the drive-thru an ordered four meals. Two of those meals were kids meals the other two were the three piece crispy chicken tenders. The kids meals were perfectly fine, they had everything in it that we ordered and everything tasted good. My meal was good I got the spicy chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and a roll. My wife, who is pregnant and having a hard time eating anything was really looking forward to her Popeyes. We got home and started eating she made it through one of the chicken tenders just fine on the next chicken tender however she bit into what could have only been chicken feathers. CHICKEN FEATHERS!!!!! I'm not one to complain too often but to have chicken feathers in a chicken strip is absolutely disgusting. Needless to say we will not be returning to this Popeye's location. My wife was instantly sick and we can mark off another place on our list that she cannot eat now. Again we will not be returning to this location, and I recommend you inspecting your chicken before eating it because apparently...
