7/25/25: visits have been fine but today they served coke with little flavor. Syrup basically empty. Never seen this before at CFA so I thought they had something full proof maybe. I guess not. I'm bumping up the star though since I haven't updated the review and they've been doing better.
12/27/24: again missing 1" of large drink without ice. Learn to follow directions. Rest of order was fine.
12/3/24: went by and asked for easy ice using the app got over half a large cup of ice. What? That's not easy ice. No utensil for mac cheese, either. I've been going here sometimes and it's been okay. Sometimes it's not great. It isn't as consistent of a location as the Prince one, but that one is further now. I'll leave it at 1/5 for now.
Update 4/24/24: didn't get ordered sauce, but got 2 sporks for no reason. Guy taking orders took ages for car in front of me and I figured it was the customer's fault. Once I got to him it took him about 2 minutes to do whatever he needs to on the tablet, even though I ordered through the app. Normally it doesn't even take 30 seconds.
Update 12/12/23: I went by and ordered light ice in my drink because they always put way too much ice if you don't do this. They gave me what seemed like their version of normal or maybe even extra. I sent it back and asked for it to be light. They gave me back a drink with extra light ice, rather than light ice.. which on its own would not really be a big deal but they overfilled it so it's spilled all over my center console, cup holders, and passenger seat. The drink was secure in the cup holder and didn't actually tilt over, and my car has very minimal body roll but just because they filled it so much it was oozing out of the top over time and I didn't even know that when they handed it to me because they must have cleaned it beforehand. To explain how it can travel to the passenger seat even though the cup doesn't tip over, there are a lot of roundabouts in Conway and even though my car has minimal body roll there is still some because physics are a thing.
Ironically, I went there a couple weeks ago and when I ordered a large cup of ice they filled it up only halfway. The Prince Street location is far better but they are closed for maintenance right now and I'm just trying to maintain my rewards tier before the end of the year.
Update 10/28/22: The mobile order lane is still slower than the in-person lane. Why put that lane on the outside and why service it slower? They didn't include the sauces I paid for, either.
Old review was deleted so automatic 1 star until they impress me. Don't remember the specifics of before but they had messed up quite a bit. It probably wasn't 1 star, though.
They now have an "express lane". They must be leftists who are re-defining words because it wasn't "express" in any way. People who were there after me were being served first. I didn't have some massive order, or anything. After several more cars got served and another one pulled out, they finally asked the name on my order and brought it a couple minutes later. What's the point of ordering ahead of time and creating an express lane expressly for mobile orders if they're just going to let the people sit there piling up while the unprepared people get...
Read moreI was very disappointed in my experience because waited 30 minutes for my order 06-30-23 @ 6:30 am and I felt like they did not care that this had happened!!!! I ordered my breakfast on the app around 6:00 am and when I arrived at the restaurant there were signs in the drive through stating that the headsets were not working and to pull forward (well you cannot go anywhere once you are committed to the drive through and you cannot pull around since there are cones in the other lane). I pulled forward in line with the other 6 or six cars in front of me. After about 10 minutes of just sitting there, I noticed that an individual was coming out to begin taking orders. However, instead of taking orders from the individuals in line already, they went out and began taking orders from the new customers arriving in the drive through. About 5-7 minutes later, I finally made it to the window to pick up my order. They asked me if I had ordered, and I stated that I had placed my order on the app and provided my name. I was then given my drink and asked to pull around to WAIT some more. Then she stated that they needed to get the orders to those who have already ordered. WOW, I thought that making my order on the app meant that I had already ordered and even clicked the button that states I have arrived at the location. I guess that is not true. I pulled out of line and parked in front to wait for my food. And wait! At 6:57 am, I finally went inside for my order. When I arrived in the Lobby, there was no one waiting to order, and I waited a few more minutes before someone finally asked how my day was going. I stated that it was not going well since I had been waiting 30 minutes for my food. Then they asked for my name, after providing this they handed me my food and I left. I have been in the service industry for 30 years and have used Chick-fil-A as an example of exceptional service and today, they fell very...
Read moreWe were at this Chick fil a because my grandma wanted to get food there. I'm not from Conway, so I'm not sure if this place just seems crazy to me or what, but.... We went through what they called their "drive thru" line, and I can say with absolute certainty, this was the sketchiest, most bizarre, fast food experience I have ever had. We pull in and instead of a menu and intercom speaker, there are two lost looking teenagers in reflective vests that apparently are there to take your order, they were extremely surprised that my Grandma asked for a menu and had to go ask someone else to find one. When we finally got through ordering for her, they directed us to pull to the next station where we spoke with two more people standing outside that ran her card. Then we approach the actual window and receive a part of the order and are told to pull up to the next stop. The last one was a guy set up in a little awning tent that provided us with condiments and then we left. I am still profoundly confused about the entire thing. When I tried to find out what the deal was online, all I found was their solemn vow to reduce face to face contact in an attempt to do their best to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. If that's what the goal was there then they need someone to host an intervention for them, because that's not how any of this works. There was more direct contact in that one trip through the drive through, than I believe anyone is exposed to even at Walmart.
Just, wow. Get it...
