The second I walked into Lux Nails, I was greeted right away with a warm smile—seriously, the front desk staff was so pleasant and welcoming! I spent some time before, during, and after my appointment chatting with the staff as everyone was so friendly and kind. The whole place felt super clean and inviting, and the interior design and decor is stunning. I had a bunch of questions about builder gel since it was my first time trying it, and everyone was happy to take the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or silly. This was my first time to visit here and I was not offered the $15 dollar gift card after spending $50 as they advertised on their website. Additionally, I was cut 4 times with their dremmel (twice on each hand) by the technician. He offered his apologies but that didn't help my bleeding fingers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. So the continuing saga of my experience here. The manager/owner and I talked and he told me that the reason I didn't get the $15 gift card was because I didn't bring in a picture from their website. Wow! I didn't know I had to do that. Absolutely amazing! I got gel short stiletto “mountain top” style. Once you check in they give you a complementary drink. I got a soda but they had wine and liquors if you choose. My tech was sweet and funny. She kept the conversation going and check if I liked my nails with every step. I did notice I had some bubbles in my polish but she fixed it right away. While checking out they asked if everything was ok and asked if the bubbles were fixed. (She has told them about the bubbles) I replied that I loved my nails.
