Coming through on the way to Myrtle Beach and was stared at like I was crazy for coming in the establishment with several minutes before closing. I went to wash my hands and use the facilities and the female employee rudely started knocking on the door of the restroom multiple times, yelling and acting extremely rude. Our 13 year old daughter finished using the restroom before us and was forced outside, without supervision, in a town four hours from home. We had no idea where she was, as she always waits for us outside of the bathroom door. Instead this employee thought it was more appropriate to force her out, without our knowledge. It is entirely inappropriate and downright disgusting that an adult female would force a child outside on her own without our knowledge, especially before the posted closing time. My child’s safety was compromised due to an employee who wanted to get off work early. Shame on you Starbucks and this sickening behavior from the employee!! I have never had someone yelling and banging on the restroom door after being in there less than two minutes. I thought there was a real emergency or something going on, not someone being rude for a senseless reason. I can’t believe how selfish and ignorant this person was and how they put our child in danger...

NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED! I told her it wasn't right, she made the exact drink again. And this time without the mocha drizzle (which I asked for). I had to come inside (which made me late for work) and another young lady made my drink, she put coffee in it... had to be an shot of expresso bc I have been shaking, and she didn't make it with almond milk (like I asked, I'm lactose intolerant). Now I cannot nurse my child bc I've had doses of caffeine and if I feel like thus, I know it could make my baby feel the same. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND 0/100!!! I'll continue to drive to Carolina...
