Napoli Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

I got there and gave her my name for my order and she charges and brings me the wrong order I tell her that's not what I ordered she said yes you said your order was under the complete wrong name my name is Heather the name she brought sounded NOTHING like that so rudely she tells me that I didn't say Heather well Heather's my name so obviously that's the only name I would say because that's my name so I asked if she can charge the difference to my car she tells me no that she has to charge me all over again well I refuse that because I went was cash but they wouldn't take it so I don't need two charges on my debit card that make no sense! They said oh just add a large pizza and charger for that So I ended up spending over 50 dollars for food that shouldn't have cost that much I got home and looked at the menu and it didn't make any sense what they charge me I asked three times for receipt she told me no she could not give me a receipt refused to give me a receipt after three times of me asking she said no because they charged me wrong the reason she didn't want to give me receipts because they overcharged me! But that's okay because I have my back statement and will be reporting it. Little did she know I was recording the whole time after she charged me the wrong price! DO NOT GO HERE FOOD IS NOT GOOD AND THEY LITERALLY OVER CHARGED ME AND REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT....... go to the pizza place right next to neighborhood Walmart Italian village pizza they are amazing and don't charge you for things you did not order! Worst customer...

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I never write reviews but it was just that disappointing. 1st off the garlic knots are super bland pieces of dough with tons of oil and large chunks of garlic (not in good way) I had to season them myself and remake them since they were BLAND. I've eaten a rolled up piece of bread better than those knots. NOW THE PIZZA...Tastes Like CARDBOARD. SAUCE IS BLAND. CHEAP CHEESE AND PEPPERONI. I've had better pizza at Hungry Howies or Little Ceasers even. That's sad. For the price you've got to be kidding me. How is this place open seriously. DO NOT EAT HERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. BETTER PLACES NEARBY. Wrong day for me to "try something outside my usual" This is why I eat at the same places. Never have I been so disappointed. I recently tried from Napoli's breaded chicken in marinara topped with cheese served on spaghetti.The chicken was not fresh in fact tasted completely store bought the spaghetti,and sauce were ok aldente and Herby but very acitic like little ceaser sauce serving ok as well.but honest opinion food now a days before its even prepared already has alot of additives to actually pay for a restaurant to cut corners like this ohh and forgot the garlic bread,as I tasted it it really didnt have garlic it was more like you cut up some bread cut up some mozzarella tossed some dried idk what spice think it was basil,some pre chopped canned garlic and fouget about it bada bing bada boom garlic cheese bread,I thought they had killed the chicken from how long it took them to get it to me 1h 30 min I live less than 3miles away.Serves me right not wanting...
