I want to start off by saying I love Freddy’s food!!! But the level of customer service at the Conyers location is so terrible that I’m not gonna eat there anymore. The Conyers location makes McDonald’s customer service look like Chick-fil-A. You can easily spend $32 for two burgers, fries and milkshakes, which is restaurant pricing and get some of the worst customer service. Often times No smiles no thank you, Not even you’re welcome after you say thank you. Recently, (The last straw) I ordered about 40 bucks worth of food including a cheeseburger with no pickles no onions when I got the food it had onions and pickles on it, a honest mistake no biggie, so I told them they need to take it off. They gave me the food back and it still had pickles on it. So at this point, they’ve gotten the sandwich wrong two times and I haven’t even got our apologies I’m sorry, so I asked to speak to the manager because of the bad attitudes I was dealing with and the fact they got the sandwich wrong twice. Even still no real apology for wasting my time they just fixed the sandwich and gave it to me. I said thank you. They didn’t even say you’re welcome. At these prices, I need better customer service. If I’m paying premium prices for cheeseburgers and fries, can I at least get you’re welcome, Sorry for any inconvenience? But no, I’m looked at like I’m the problem because I didn’t get what I actually ordered and paid for. I should’ve just accepted whatever they gave me.
Great food but bad customer service. Unfortunately, I can’t continue to patronize this Restaurant every week. Ive had to deal with bad attitudes too many times I’m done.
Service Employees with bad attitudes bringing down everybody’s Positive energy And ultimately don’t make it an...
Read moreI came to get ice cream for my children and hot dogs for my husband! The first time in the drive in I was told they were only accepting cash so I had to go to the atm and come back. After placing my order I was told that they did not have any hotdogs. Feeling inconvenienced I asked if they didn’t have any or were they just not making any and I was asked to hold and a different person came on the intercom and was extremely rude and informed me that they were frozen and they were not thawing any out! I asked for my total and she rudely gave it to me, after driving around and pulling up to the window the girl waiting rolled her eyes to me and was talking to her coworkers who then all three looked over and laughed! Her demeanor and facial expressions were extremely rude! I waited 10-15 for my four ice creams when she finally gave them to me. I asked for my receipt and she shut the window and said things to her coworkers then finally opened it back up when I asked for her name, she laughed and shut the window and walked away. I waved my hand at the other lady who came over and I asked her if she would give me her name. She asked me if it was a law that she had to give it! I responded no it’s just part of customer service! A male manager came over and started yelling at me along with the original rude worker! I was very irate and started arguing back and was told that no names had to be given and that I should go home and make my own hot dogs! When I told the manager this was the worst service I’ve ever had and told him that I worked at Chick-fil-A for three years he CLAPPED in my face and slammed the window very aggressively! As I pulled off in shock another gentleman opened the window and yelled BYE...
Read moreI gave 3 stars to this visit because this store was out of sanitizer in the lobby. This staff at first was unaware of what I was talking about. Then when I pointed to the sanitizer stations in the lobby, the staff went to ask, and said they were out. It seems these canisters had been out for quite a while, so I asked to speak to the manager. She explained she wasn't the general manager of the store, and I asked her to make note of it because I was left with no choice but to leave my drink unattended and table to go to the bathroom to wash my hands. And, a staff member was in the process of removing my items from the table when I returned. The staff and manager were polite, but they didn't seem concerned enough to assure me that they were going to have the sanitizer soon. Questioning whether it's been ordered at all.
Also, I seem to be having trouble getting a chili dog without cheese. The employees who take my order don't seem to know how to input a chili dog with just chili and mustard NO CHEESE OR ONIONS. The previous time, another employee had to help her coworker. And the fix was inputting a plain hot dog add chili and mustard. This visit I explicitly told cashier 3 times no onions, no cheese, and I'll leave the photo with what was inputted. Evidently when you say chili dog, they don't have a key with "chili dog". And you guessed it, I got a chili dog minus onions, with mustard and CHEESE which I expressly asked to leave off. This stuff ISN'T...
