My wife and I were so excited to try this place. The staff was very friendly and the place is decorated nice and clean….BUT!!!!!!! . When the lady brought our food to the table there was a long hair sitting on top… not in the food but on top of the container. I ordered the buttermilk chicken tenders with green beans and a side portion of meatloaf and Mac and cheese. My wife ordered the fried catfish with dressing and Mac and cheese. Instant mashed potatoes, dressing tasted and looked like baby food… I’m not exaggerating any details. Meatloaf looked like it came out of a can of dog food. Read moreThis place is disgusting. I ordered the chicken and catfish with Mac. The Mac n cheese was ok kinda. But the fish was over seasoned, and chicken dried out hours before they served it. Had the misfortune of speaking to the owner cesh, who immediately made excuses for his staff. No accountability. And they don’t take responsibility. I had a situation with the wrong to go order at Las Flores which he also owns. They never remade my food or gave me my money back after I brought the food back with the receipt showing the order was wrong. The gentleman told me it was my fault, I should have checked my food before I left. And there’s no manager on duty to issue a refund or authorize a remake. Don’t waste your time at either of these places. Las Flores employs a bunch of kids, with no real training. And iron skillet looks at you funny if...

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at The Iron Skillet in Conyers, Georgia, and I haven’t stopped raving about it since! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had stepped into a warm Southern kitchen full of love, laughter, and comfort.
Let me tell you — the Country Fried Steak was next-level. Perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside — it tasted just like something that came straight from Mom’s kitchen. It brought back memories of Sunday dinners and family gatherings, where the food wasn’t just delicious — it was made with care.
The service was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and everything about this place radiated Southern hospitality. If you’re ever in Conyers and craving real down-home cooking, The Irons Skillet is a must. I’ll definitely be back — and I’m...
