Olde Town Awards — Local services in Conyers

Beginning of February 2020, I Called this business about getting trophies for 2 of my basketball teams. I tried to call 5 times and never got an answer.

Sent an email to the owner spelling out exactly what I needed and requested a quote for basketball trophies and 2 plaques.

The owner of the business never responded to my email until a week later, and his response was one sentence long and was very unhelpful.

So I called the shop up and spoke to the owner "Brad"- he was short on the phone with me and did absolutely nothing to try to earn my business on a $500 trophy job.

I sent Brad an email explaining my concerns and he never even responded back to me to try to make anything right.

It's sad when small homegrown businesses don't give good customer service when the hometown folks are trying to support their business.

I do not recommend this place for your trophy needs. I recommend you try ABC AWARDS in Conyers instead. They did the job for me and did it right and...

I don't get excited about name tags... or least I didn't before meeting with Brad. I had been wearing a simple name tag made by another company, and it was... well... blah... and it looked very amateur.

After seeing some of Brad's work, not just the name tags, but the other engraving which his company was doing, I knew that I wanted him to redo the name tag. His tags all had this professional look to them, and I wanted to have that type of look representing me, as well.

Brad and his team delivered... and delivered well.

The colors look great, the print is crisp (and there is some intricate artwork in there), and it looks, in a word: professional.
