Came through the drive through with my mobile app to get a free happy meal with my points at 3:48 yesterday, only to be told I had to pay.. so I pull around & go inside because it still took my points. I spent 5 minutes at the counter while 3 employees read a 3 sentence error message. After they were done sounding it out they told me they would make it & have it right now. Mind you it’s 93 degrees outside & they’re in no hurry to get me & my family on our way. there were less then a handful of ppl in the dinning room & 2 cars in the drive through.. After seeing the unorganized sloppy condition they kept their store in, I was starting to realize that this was could be more then just a app error.. we left at 4:22 & went to Wendy’s & got a kids meal in under 5 minutes. Imagine that..
Update: I called McDonald’s to see why it took my points & still has my order up on my app. I called the manager & instead of apologizing & giving me some kind of compensation.. he made up excuses! Ive spent hundreds at this place & they were literally fighting me over happy meal I had to spend 60 dollars to earn.. I told him I still spent 22 minutes there. I told him to keep his happy meal & I would review them accordingly. I gave them a second chance to recover & this is how they do their business. I don’t know the managers name, but he had a rainbow tattoo...
Read moreWell, for this restaurant only, using the app to order has not worked well. This was the third order out of four that was incorrectly prepared. In this case, two filet of fish sandwiches were ordered without cheese and with tomato added. Both had a note attached marking them as not having cheese and tomato added. Neither had tomato and both had cheese. A return trip was needed to correct the problem.
The first time I made a mobile order here, a sandwich and two orders of fries were missing. The other time, I was given drinks and fries and asked to wait for the rest of the order. I waited in the indicated parking space for 37 minutes and stopped counting other orders being filled at 19. I had to go inside and found out the order had been forgotten. The manager eventually agreed to replace the drinks that had melted all of their ice and fries which had long gone cold. It took almost 40 more minutes to get the order correct because they messed up the order again. Almost an hour and a half to pick up four meals. Why did I wait? Because using the app, I had paid for the food already.
Overall, I am not impressed with this location which is unfortunately the one nearest our house. The convenience is not worth the hassle and it seems that just reading an order and fixing it is beyond...

Although all employees were at curb when I walked up. It's all I have to not walk to Walmartf for a ramen. I'm hungry. The manager told me to sit on the curb. About the time I was done being embarrassed in front of all the employees families turning on their headlights in the parking lot, I got up. Duck the food. I'll eat breakfast,h away. She showed up as I was walking by. With food. The food I ordered. Wrong. 15 minutes after I sat down crying. I was walking away. Damn the money. I make 100k a year. Those people won't see that in their life. And yet again. I will not visit McDonald's for the next 20...
