El Bebo's Street Tacos & Hot Dogs Food Truck (Coolidge) — Restaurant in Coolidge

We gave this place a few changes es and it's been a hit or miss. The first time the food was good. Great and prompt staff, awesome red and guacamole style salsa and portions were good. Prices - great. Second and their time, both our orders were incorrect. Tacos of cabeza were nothing but fat vs. having the meat on them, paid extra for side items, and were not included, and food was unedible. We tried it one last time, located at Walmart parking lot, the order was wrong again, 2 of the food items were unavailable to purchase and our combo didn't come with the fries along with the complete ingredients on the hotdogs. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, we won't be back here again. If you do happen to stop by, check your order...

Carne Asada and Carnita tacos were definitely my favorite, felt the Al pastor and pollo were lacking on some flavor and moisture. Very delicious though, my only regret is not getting more. Hopefully get a chance to stop back in before we leave. I would highly recommend stopping in.

EDIT: Back a year later, truck is still going strong. Brought the whole family this time and everyone was very impressed. Lots of food for your money and tons of flavor. Got the assortment of tacos and quesabirrias as well a quesadilla. Hope to stop in again...

This is our secret passion. Our ❤️ location is in Coolidge!!! If only they were on Door Dash.❤️ Though maybe it's good since DD adds on all those charges! 💸 The bacon wrapped jalapenos are just a fabulous find. Obviously the Quesabirria tacos are a favorite of ours, but I also love the cabeza tacos and carnitas. The lovely man at the window is always nice, even if his English isn't super fluent. So I have to push my Spanish learning harder. I only wish they had crema...
