Rolbeto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Coolidge

Ordered on their website, got the texts that track the order, 4 minutes after I got the text saying the order was ready for pickup, I walked inside. The kid at the corner said no, that order was already picked up. Confirmed that it was the 2 order of carne asada fries, one of the substitute with carnitas. There is no one else who could have picked up the order. Had to show him my online order that clearly states "pickup" and still he was saying "well they showed me that too" even though i also showed him the texts I was getting. He said "well I mean I guess we can remake it?" As if I was being an inconvenience for their mistake on handing it to the wrong person. I told them not to because I didn't want to sit around for 20 minutes waiting for it to be made.

I called them once I got home, explained that I just wanted a refund because I was not paying for food I did not get and I sat on the phone for 15 minutes while I can hear in the background that I'm just being left on the counter. Again as if I'm an inconvenience. Won't ever come back here again. Not sure if they just said that someone else already picked up the food or if they just wanted to try to...

New to Coolidge and trying new spots out. While the prices arent bad, and the staff is super friendly, I am sad to have to give a 1 star review. I Waited 30-45 mins in Drive thru. Ordered Carne Asada Burrito and #3 cheese enchiladas with no lettuce. They repeated the order back to me perfectly. They were out of Rice okay fine....no biggie I understand. I got home. The beans didn't taste fresh and were more like soup.....okay fine I'm very picky about my beans. My Enchiladas had a tone of lettuce that I hat to pick off. The taste was okay nothing special but I had to heat them up because none of the cheese was melted. My husband said that the Carne Asada burrito was okay. So overall the food was okay. It was no King Taco or Albertos but not bad......until about an hour later when My hubby got sick. He had not eaten anything since early morning, so we know it was something with the burrito. We both had salsa so it wasn't the salsa.....which was actually really good comparatively to the okay food. This place use to be our favorite place to go and eat, moved to Coolidge 3 years ago all we did was rave about this place. But the sad this is in the 3 years going to this place, food Quality with down prices went up. They had a kid in drive throw one night flip me off thinking it was okay to joke around about my change. And before you ask yes I did contact management and all they did was give me the story and the run around about this poor kid just needs a job. I said still give him no right to treat someone that way, my husband was inside with me at this time, the young boy Started balling his fist up and hit in his other hand at my husband. So we stopped going in, gave them a second chance, to order 5 rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese, husband asked for them to be on side, they then charge us extra to be put on side, and gave us not even 1/4 what comes with order. I called to ask them about it to be laughed at on the phone. This place has gone so far down hill, I well go to taco bell before this place...
