We were there celebrating an event. I spent $500 in appetizers to reserve the game room for 30 people. When we arrived they had 1 table ready and other people were seated in the game room. We had to put tables together to make enough seating. Another group dining in the game room moved, so we could have their table. I had a family with 3 children under the age of 4. There were only high top tables in the game room, and they did not have high top high chairs. I asked if a low table could be brought into the room. The staff told me no, and suggested the family sit in another part of the resturant. Again, we were there celebrating an event that this father partcipated in. We wanted him with us!
I asked for my cold appetizers to brought out at 640 and my hot appetizers to be brought out at 710. It was now close to 720, and no appetizers have been brought out. They have a table ready for hot appetizers, not cold. I asked the server where my appetizers were, and where they were going to put them? A few minutes later the server told me they were just finishing them up. Another group of staff was adding more tables. Shortly after, they were bringing out all, hot and cold appetizers together, and about an hour late.
I will give credit to our server. It was the best service I have received from a resturant in months. She was great. She worked well under pressure.
All in all, the night was a sucess. But with the unwollingness to accomodate our family and the food being late, i don't plan on using them...
Read moreFood is great, but way too shady with their pricing.
Honestly the burger was delicious. But with all the ridiculous ways they squeeze more out of you as a customer it's just not worth it. You literally can't get a single beer without paying for two. Because it's two-for-ones all day everyday BUT the thing is it's not really a two-for-one when the price of a single beer is twice as much as normal. I'm just paying for two beers and then being told it's one [overpriced] beer with another one free. They charged me a convenience fee and told me it was a fee for using a card but it was 3%. But it was calculated at 3.25% and I'm sure they were just hoping I wouldn't notice. So now I AS THE CUSTOMER get to foot the card processing fee equivalent to an American Express transaction when I'm just using a Visa AND it's not even accurate on the receipt when it says it's 3.00% but the price tacked on is 3.25% of the total. The server got some attitude when I pointed all this out as if I was the problem for pointing out the shady ways that I was being blindsided for every penny they can squeeze from me and not them for being the ones doing it.
Great food but way too shady and underhanded for me to ever visit again. You're not a customer here, you're purely a source of revenue that is hopefully too stupid to...
Read moreUPDATED REVIEW: We came here for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The service was definitely not terrible, but it was not very good. It felt like our server did the bare minimum. I asked for lime with my drink and it came without it. I asked for no tomatoes on my steak wrap and it came with tomatoes, so I had to pick all of them out. My husband asked for water twice before they brought him one. After we paid and gave a 20% tip, we asked for a couple to-go boxes and our sever never brought them. We had to ask another server twice before we finally got our boxes. The food was good, but the service was questionable at best.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This place is definitely a new favorite of ours! We love that they always have 2 for 1 drinks. I would describe their menu as a slightly elevated bar & grill menu. They have some classic dishes that you can find pretty much anywhere, but they also have some unique options as well! They have a nice patio area, which we were able to enjoy the last time we dined here. We’ve been here a handful of times now and we have had pretty good service each time. Last time we went I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken and my husband got the Boss Hog sandwich with a side of waffle fries. Both...
