The best I can give Wing Stop is 2 stars for the service, and that is a stretch. Walked in to try, and it was too loud, and the counter person was too quiet to understand. English was not his first language, but that should not be an issue when to order, you will need to answer 5 to 10 questions as order clarification. It was a little chilly while ordering. I would estimate that the dinner area was close to 62 degrees. My hands are still cold. This is most likely some of the reason my fries were warm at best. The fries were also mostly limp. They also were saturated with oil, which leads me to believe the frier is not holding the temp correct.
Staff was not particularly helpful.
The food was not great. In one of the pictures the chicken wing is clearly frost bitten. The chicken came out hot. The BBQ sauce was good. The fries appeared to be fresh cut but we're not hot, not cooked properly, and limp.
The atmosphere was cold in appearance and physically. I was happy to walk outside (at 64 degrees) to warm up (no, I am not kidding). A complete lack of organization for the garbage and soda station was just weird. Soda station was fountain in the middle, to the left on the wall were the lids, and on the right were straws and all of your other needs to eat.
I do not think I will be back until someone makes some major...
Read moreAs DoorDash driver, I avoid picking up from Wingstop for a number of reasons. Two of the three times I went to pick up orders, they hadn't even started making them, and then I left after 30 minutes having talked to others who had been there an hour or more before I arrived. The one time I did wait 30 minutes, they handed me two cups and told me to fill the drinks myself, which is a health code violation and against Dasher TOS to avoid tampering. The store is constantly packed, and there is trash all over the place, The majority of workers are rude, lazy, and actively trying to avoid dealing with Dashers. They see you come in with a phone and hot bag and run to the back, returning only if a walk-in customer is at the register. On top of that, from my limited experience with this place and talking to other Dashers, the customers are terrible and blame the driver for the long wait instead of the workers making the food. And they don't appreciate it when you do wait 30-90 minutes for their overpriced wings, evidenced by them not tipping. To the customers complaining about cold food being delivered, it's because nobody wants to wait that long for your food when you don't even leave a tip, meaning a driver only earns $2-3 for an hour or more of their time...
Read moreis there a higher rating i can give than 5 stars?? because i would give that. the food was delicious, and the store location was nice, but the most outstanding part of the experience was by far the customer service!! the workers were so kind and fast, and the work atmosphere seemed so joyful i almost wish i worked there, too haha. the person taking our order, Rya, was amazing and soooo helpful as it was my first time there and wasn’t sure what i was doing. she was patient and funny and jovial through the whole interaction (even while my friend and i were fighting over who would pay!). when we received our food, it was perfectly hot and juicy, and the fries were perfectly cooked (hard to find sometimes these days lol). we tried four different flavors of chicken wings and honestly i don’t think i could choose a favorite, they were all so good! i saw a few bad reviews and was skeptical before coming here about how the quality would be, but my expectations were exceeded in every way! i heard the management had some changing around recently, and i can see wherever it’s at now is working out incredibly. keep doing what you’re doing!! one thousand stars out of five, will most definitely be...
