Ok guys...we gotta talk. Either you train people here or you're gonna lose customers. Maybe you don't care. When staff is standing around, they need to CLEAN!! Seriously!! The tables are gross. You need to clean! The garbage was OVERFLOWING, AGAIN. Every time we are in, it is falling all over the floor. AND your pop machine was flowing like a river AGAIN. This is a constant problem!!! Staff needs to learn your menu. Front person..."what would you like ?" I'll take that sandwich/soup. "What kinda sandwich?" Roast beef "what size?" Well it says skinny (me, pointing at menu) "okay" ummm, do you just have pot pie soup? "You want soup with that?" Ahhh, yeah it says soup and sandwich...2nd guy in line says to her... Yes it's blah blah blah...and she punches something into her computer. We are now backing up line. Hubby says -I'll have the same- "okay, what kinda of sandwich?" He looks at her...I swear I could hear the hamster falling off the wheel in her brain. 2nd guy yells over and says "just put in TWO on last order" We get sandwiches...soup is sitting waiting at cash register and I SWEAR we went through virtually the SAME CONVERSATION WITH THIS GUY THAT WE HAD WITH THE FIRST GIRL. How friggin' hard is it to put something on your menu and then have the staff KNOW this is on the menu. Sorry but you can't just prepare sandwiches and not address this or you are going to have serious food poisoning or bad falls disabling staff...
Read moreI was here a little while, just stopping by for lunch. As it had been awhile, I thought it would be fun to check it out. Once I walked in I had to spend about a minute or two looking over the menu. I am so glad that I did, since it might have been hard to make up my mind. I chose the Mediterranean sub, with a cup of the daily soup, chips, and of course a soda. I liked how I was able to walk down the line observing how they made my sub and soup. Since we didn't have much time after I got my food, I was able to devour my potato soup. It was really delicious and thick and creamy. Same with my Oreo shake, which I also had time to down as well. Of course I couldn't wait to get home to have my sub. After lunch, I had enough for a little dinner with the remainder of my sub. What I liked was how fresh everything looked and tasted. From the hummus, feta cheese, tomatoes as well. They really didn't skimp on the ingredients. Tasted so fresh, even later. So good to go back, especially since their subs come in different sizes, so I could order depending on how...
Read moreI ate here once when it opened and wasn’t impressed. It fell off my radar for years. Lately there’s been an ad blitz on Facebook and I kept seeing pictures of awesome looking sandwiches and promises that the recipes and sizes have improved. Gave it a shot for lunch the other day and had it delivered… wish I had a picture of the look on my face when I opened the sandwich. Should have taken a pic of the sandwich too. Most pathetic little thing I’ve ever seen and for $8??? I ordered the Italian expecting it to come with the works on it like JJs (onions, lettuce, peppers, oil, mayo) and it arrived plain and dry. I had to just laugh. What a mistake. My husband ordered the pizza sandwich and chicken pot pie soup and those tasted pretty good which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. Overall false advertising and expensive sandwiches for how...
