We read the reviews and new we'd have an experience so we were laughing but still frustrated. To start, they were completely out of white meat. After placing the first order my husband asks if biscuits are included, we got no response, after about 20 seconds of silence he started our next order. She interrupted and told us to wait. After finishing the employee repeated back our order and got half of it wrong, so we're glad she repeated it! We waited 5 minutes in the drive thru for my husband to be handed a lemonade instead of the Coke he'd ordered. Five minutes later the manager came over and thought we were waiting for an order but it wasn't ours. She found our order, turned to her employee and said "you didn't have them pull forward?!?!" They walked away and argued a bit. She returned, handed us our food and a large lemonade for our 4yo's kid's meal! Lol, yea, i drank most of that sugar cup myself. We parked to check for accuracy. We were given 2 tenders instead of one for the kids meal and missing my entire order of tenders and a biscuit. We were laughing at this point. We went back to the drive thru and we're rudely told by the same manager that "everything was put into the same box" but we explained our order and what we actually received. We were told again that everything was there. We let the biscuit go and said "ok then we're just missing the tenders". We pulled ahead and waited another 5 minutes for the manager to walk out, hand us the tenders and say "oh, I included a few ranches for you". Um...thanks. Those are ordinarily free and already supposed to be included. We drove away laughing that we had checked off every bad thing all the others had written about. To finish off the experience, we realized after we'd left and driven a ways that they hadn't given us utensils for our . Plus side?...

their doors have been closed and locked ever since COVID-19 began in 2020. Nobody is allowed in the building aside from the staff. So customers are unable to resolve problems in the store or enjoy dining in.
my fiancé tried to redeem a code for a coupon and they told us they cannot redeem codes.
I had asked for one 2 piece of the strawberry biscuits that are new. When I had pulled up to the window they told me the total was over $6. My fiancé was confused because it shouldn’t have been more than $4. When they handed me my bag of food (some of it was a mobile order) we looked and saw 2 biscuits total when I paid the price of 4. I waited for them to open the window, they didn’t, after me waiting for maybe 20 seconds they finally opened the window and I requested a receipt. The manager was reluctant to give it to me. Once I did, I saw he charged me 2 orders of 2 biscuits. Which didn’t make sense because one of the options was to order 4 biscuits total. I explained to him for that price I will need 2 additional biscuits. He told me I had ordered 2 biscuits and that’s it. I told him no, he charged me for 4 biscuits, he either gives me 2 more or he gives me my money back. He spent time looking at the order pad and during this, he was very reluctant to resolve the situation. He told me twice I was wrong with my request. After a few exchanges, he finally asked if I want my money back or if I want 2 biscuits. I told him I want the 2 additional biscuits.
I did report this location to customer service and encourage others with sketchy encounters to do the same. I did not feel right leaving and not reporting them to corporate as it felt like they are skimming from the top at the hands of...
Read moreThe service by a specific employee, Saundra, was terrible. She didn’t understand the questions I was asking about the chicken, but rushed to assure me it was what I want, but I wanted new Hot Ones chicken, not the same strips with a new dipping sauce. When I saw her pull the strips and told her that’s not what I want, she told me it was too late bcs I already paid. I hadn’t rec’d any food yet, and I told her I wanted the rest of my order but not the strips. She tried to convince me I’d like it and said the refund would be bad for her and that I should choose something else. I refused, so she said she would have to refund the entire order to which I replied “No problem, I’ll just order the same items w/out strips.” Visibly irritated, she asked for my cup back. I told her I was reordering the drink, but she insisted on taking the cup, only to hand it back to me after I repeated my order. She handed me my food w/out a word and immediately walked away. I dreaded asking her for jelly, but I wanted it, so she grabbed it and gave it to me visually frustrated w/out a word. Then as I was eating in the lobby, I hear her mocking me by repeating the scenario in English and Spanish but I understood “No sauce, No sauce.” Which is what I told her I didn’t want. Specifically, no dipping sauce. I asked a coworker for her name in hopes that someone with authority will see this post and provide a customer service teachable moment for her. My intent is not to affect her employment, but rather create an opportunity for her to do better next time. I enjoy Popeye’s, but I have options and I’m not sure when/if I’ll return to...
