Management reached out and Kevin Pean got us right. This time we ordered the BLT and the Hawaiin French Toast and it was perfection. One of my favorite meals for breakfast in a while. I am thankful they owned up to the mistake that was made and went the extra mile to get us back the birthday experience we should have had. Great save First Watch! We will definitely be back to enjoy!

Original review Ordered to go eggs benedict over salmon using birthday bo-go coupon, excited to enjoy a birthday treat. We initially wanted to wait until we got home to begin eating, however my gf suggested we film us opening and taking at least a first bite for our YouTube. When we opened the bag we were surprised to find a horrible mess of a meal. The egg yolks were completed soggy and undercooked leaked everywhere. I understand the eggs are supposed to be poached, but when I say undercooked, I mean severely undercooked. The white were soggy and runny even more so than the yolks. Potatoes were also undercooked and they maybe gave us 2 tiny pieces of salmon. There was more tomato and onions on our meal than salmon. And this meal cost $16 each without the coupon.. luckily we had the coupon so it was 16 total for 2 but even 8 bucks each would not have been worth it for this hot... I mean cold mess we found in our bag. I'm disappointed, first watch is way too hyped up to be giving anyone this kind of sad experience. I uploaded the photo of what it is supposed to look like...

I’ve been to First Watch before and always had a decent experience, but this last visit was honestly disappointing. I completely understood when they asked me to put my dog down since it’s a restaurant no problem there. What upset me was the service after we ordered.

A different server brought our food, and about five minutes later, the original server who took our order came back, looked at my plate (which I had already started eating), and told me it was incorrect. Without even asking or offering an apology, he just took my plate away and said, “You didn’t order the turkey sandwich, you ordered an egg sandwich.” I was shocked. I had no clue the order was wrong in the first place because First Watch doesn’t show pictures of their food, so I thought my egg sandwich maybe came with turkey or something. He didn’t explain, didn’t apologize, just swapped it out like it was no big deal. The attitude and lack of courtesy were honestly what bothered me the most.

Then, I had also ordered a Morning Meditation juice, which never came. I reminded the server twice while he was rushing past us. Then when he finally brought the check, I reminded him again, for the third time, that I still hadn’t received my juice. He finally apologized and said he’d get it, and I even had to remind him to add it to the check because I didn’t want to be accused of skipping out on something I ordered.

Food was good as always, but this time I was not able to enjoy it I as used to...

If I could give it zero stars I would. It started with the girl who sat us having an attitude. our waitress took our food order and then we didn’t see her again for a long time. I had to grab silverware for my family myself. I had to ask another waitress for napkins and syrup because our food was at our table and we had no silverware. Then I paid on the app and went to leave and the waitress follows us outside saying we didn’t pay even though I had a receipt and confirmation. Then the manager comes out and tells me we have to pay again and then if we were double charged we can come back and ask for a refund. He proceeded to harass us even though i literally showed him the payment coming out of my bank as well as the receipt from first watches system. He told me this happens often that people pay, get a receipt but the payment didn’t go through. Then I told him I was not paying again and that I have my confirmation. He went back inside and came back out and said he’s sorry it was paid. He had my husband all angry as he’s trying to get me to pay a second time. I will be reporting this to corporate or whoever I have to. Save yourself a headache because that’s all this was…..one...
