I came here because the reviews for this place were extremely good, I don't think I even saw a negative one. I was greeted by an older woman when I entered who never ended up telling me her name and also took my order. I ordered the Vuelve A La Vida which from the description was like Leche de tigre but with extra seafood. She made sure I knew I what I was ordering(probably because it didnt come with a description on the actual menu in restaurant) but I always do my research online before trying a new place. My food was brought to me by another server, a young man, who was very kind and attentive. He asked if I wanted any sauce with my ceviche, I've never had sauce with ceviche so I asked him what he recommended and he said the aji verde if I didn't want too much spice and it was sooooo good. I can't believe I've eaten ceviche all this time without it. There was a mussel in the ceviche that did not taste fresh and threw the taste off, and I think there was a piece of it not on the shell in it as well because I tasted it again in one of my spoonfuls but other than that it was delicious. I know I'm weird for continuing to eat after tasting something strange but the rest was not bad at all and I was HUNGRY. The Vuelve A La Vida was $19 but at least double the size of a regular Leche de tigre, I couldn't even finish it. I also ordered a chicha morada which I loved and it was really yummy. The lady that greeted me and initially took my order ended up getting a large party of 6 and seemed to be paying more attention to them than me but the young man, (I forget his name but my check says Chito) was there checking on me making sure my food and everything was OK and if I needed anything else. Eventually the woman came and I asked her for a to go container and a cup for my beverage as well, I felt bad asking for the cup after the container but I guess I should have specified that I wanted to take everything. I wanted to take the cancha too but i felt bad asking for another container. I assumed she would bring me the check after asking for the rest of my food to go but she was preoccupied with her party of 6 so eventually the young man came to check on me again and I asked him for the check. I really wanted to ask if they split the tip because I felt he deserved it more but I didn't want to seem impolite so I left $15 on a $21 check in case they did have to split it. Overall it was a pleasant experience, good food, good atmosphere, good service, and the restaurant was nice and clean.

What a gem in Davie! My colleague hadn't had Peruvian đŸ‡”đŸ‡Ș food, so we decided to go Oh Ceviche for lunch. Right off the bat, we liked the atmosphere upon entering the restaurant. It was not too busy, extremely clean, and well decorated. The music was pleasant and not too loud either. Immediately Luis, our server, seated us and brought us water and the menu. Everything looked delish and fortunately, they had a lunch special menu: an appetizer, main dish, and soft drink for $15.99. We both opted for the lunch special. For an appetizer, I had a tostĂłn with leche de tigre, and my colleague had ceviche. For the main course, I had ajĂ de gallina, and my colleague had arroz chaufa with chicken. The food was on point and quite filling. I ended up ordering arroz chaufa with seafood to take home. I've been to many Peruvian restaurants in Miami, and the food has always been excellent. However, what put Oh Ceviche above the rest was the excellent attention and service (thank you, Luis), the lunch special, and the taste of the food. If you're in Davie, you definitely must try Oh Ceviche.

I'm pleased to report that everything we ordered had the authentic Peruvian flavor. I came to celebrate my birthday a week ago and we had the 'Parihuela' soup that was really flavorful, you could taste the ocean on each spoonful. The ceviche had a good balance of saltiness, sourness, and spicesiness. The 'causa'...hmm 😋 with the right amount of sause not to overpower the flavor of the potatoe. The 'palta rellena'...another hit! We ordered some dishes from the specials of the day that came with a drink and they were as good as the ones from the regular menu. We finished with a birthday song and chocolate cake which was the best way to finish the meal 😍😋...the right amount of sweetness and very moised..it was so good that this time I came back I had to ordered some to go. Overall, a really good Peruvian restaurant and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a place I will keep coming back anytime!!

I’m only rating this business one star because I have to otherwise this would get nothing. Was there this past weekend and the service was terrible. One of the ladies was helpful but unfortunately we only saw her when she brought the booster seat for our son, after that our waitress took our order and never came back to check on us again, we even asked if there was any appetizer that could be good for our son and she rudely said no that there was only a kids meal which wouldn’t have worked since our food never came out. We waited 40-50 minutes and noticed people that came in after us receiving there food, ours still was not out. My son was started to get cranky from how hungry he was and my 4 month baby was also tired so we got up and left. They didn’t even bother call out to us or come out and find out what was wrong. We left so upset that I forgot my diaper bag and my sons cup, they couldn’t even come out to let us know. My husband had to go back in to get the diaper bag, we didn’t know we were missing the cup at the time so we completely left it, and even when he walked in they didn’t bother to apologize or acknowledge him. It was extremely disrespectful the service they provided. We will most definitely not be coming back. What we ordered should not have taken so long to come out, but what’s even more upsetting is through out the whole almost hour we waited no one came back to check on us and at least offer us an apology or let us know it was taking longer than expected. It’s as if they had entirely forgotten...

I felt so disrespected and lied to. My boyfriend and I came here for the first time and of course the restaurant is packed. The server said that the next table that comes available will be ours and to wait about 20 min. We said ok that’s fine we will wait. It’s been over 30 min and finally a table becomes available but guess what? A party of 4 just walks in while my boyfriend and I have been patiently waiting and they gave that party who didn’t even wait a minute that table. I was upset because you don’t do that. Another couple comes and they are waiting and luckily more tables become available but they have the dj area being set up so the small tables were super close to the speakers and guess what the server did AGAIN. HE OFFERED THE COUPLE WHO WERE NOT WAITING AS LONG AS US A BIGGER TABLE OF 4. They didn’t bother asking us if that was ok because I can’t sit next to a speaker either so I complained and they said oh that’s a bigger table for bigger parties and I told them I don’t care you just offered a couple who didn’t want to sit a couples table because of the speaker. The server didn’t care and said she would come back but instead just went to check on her tables and no one there cared. I felt so disrespected I walked out. Never again. Do not come here if anything order take out because it felt like they were profiling us and didn’t treat us warmly even when...
