Was only there for a drive thru bite to eat but, I was given good expedited service along with a freshly made food. It was a very quick trip thru the drive thru and was asked to wait in the parking lot while my food was cooked fresh, I'll never have a problem with spending a little extra time waiting for freshly cooked food. I was parked just a short time (5 to 10 minutes tops) in a well lit, convenient parking spot where a McDonalds employee cheerfully bfought my food out to me. The Only complaint I do have is, I had added to my order at the second (pickup) window but instead of taking my money owed then I was told to go ahead and park, the remaining amount due will be asked of me when my order arrives, that's all good except I didn't have the exact change, more specifically, I was .4 cents short without breaking a single, I expressed this to the employee at my window and she took the dollar and went back inside to get the change, for .4 cents I shouldn't have has to wait, also there were no condiments in my order, I had expressed verbally when paying for my meal and at the second window when I was asked to park. Of course I didn't realize this until I was at home opening my meal. Overall it was a very good experience with kind, clean and pleasent employees, I was especially happy with the fast freshly made food and amount of time spent there. It would have been a perfect McDonalds experience except for the waiting for 96 cents change and lack of Ketchup and mayo which I asked for. Btw, I had the Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon, small fries and a 6 piece Chicken McNugget with hot mustard sause. On a side note unrelated to this meal, when did McDonalds, Burger King and others get so stingy with the chicken nugget dipping sauce? 2 dipping sauces per 6 piece is fine and what was given me on this order however, it is more often than not only 1 sauce is provided per 6 piece chicken nuggets, unacceptable. 1 sauce for every e nuggets is the minumum expected and if ordering an odd number like 10 pieces the amount of sauces should be rounded up not down, this has been an issue with me for some time, I'm only now expressing this officially, online, in writing. Either increase the condiments added to the bags or, make them all available to you general costumers and please explain to the cashiers that .4 cents on a $10,00 order should be forginen, especially when that person I sitting in there car waiting on A: our food an B: our change. Food was good, fresh and the employee's were friendly, professional and...
Read moreWhen I walked in around 5:30 p.m. it wasn't that busy I went up and bought a drink and when I got over by the drink Tom area it was disgusting it was not clean it was actually dirty fruit punch spilled over it lids for different cups are up on top of lien holder tables were dirty I had to clean my own table off so I can sit down employees standing around talking instead of being out in the dining room area cleaning up. After sitting there for approximately one hour I went up order some french fries ask them to be cooked extra when they brought them to me they were not cook extra the drink area was still dirty knowing it cleaned it up one of the employees actually went over and got a drink and went back down to counter didn't even make an attempt to clean up the area why? He saw it was dirty he could have went and got something to clean it up with but did not do it. I went to the man room twice while I was there both times I had to clean up the area before I can use it it was an employee towel sitting on the floor next to the garbage can it seems like nobody cares where the store is clean or dirty you're too busy staying behind the counter having a conversation when it could have been out there cleaning up the areas that need to be cleaned up. Don't think I'll visit that particular...
Read moreToday, while I was working, waiting for Uber orders, which were taking a while at this McDonald's, I used the bathroom, sat down and started a phone call. I was approached by an employee, who told me that on orders from the manager that I had to leave the place. I asked her what the reason was, and she replied that she didn't know, so I asked her to come personally. Later, a citizen approached me, telling me that I was not a customer, that I had been in the store for more than an hour, and that I should leave. I responded that I am a customer and I have consumed in this establishment, I had not been inside the establishment for more than an hour, that the establishment is a private place for public use; there were no customers at that time. I explained to her that this is a free and democratic country, and her actions seemed to me to be discriminatory, arbitrary, rude, and unusual, policies that I believe and am sure are not those managed by the company. Said citizen refused to give me the personal information that I requested, she only gave me a card from the supervisor of the area, James Vasconez, to whom I am addressing in order to ensure that human rights such as work and non-discrimination are respected and guaranteed to the users of this location. Sincerely, Lawyer...
