There are several reasons as to why this location has received and deserves 5 stars.

First let's begin with the fact that they had the pineapple freeze. I cannot tell you how many Taco Bell locations I have been to and was always told they didn't have it. Just recently one location told me that they didn't sell it anymore. Yet they are still advertising it. So I greatly appreciate that this location had it and is so close to my house. I recently moved and just happened to stumble across it. Thanks goodness that I did.

Now the other and main reason for this 5 stars is because of a young man named Cayman. He was manning the front counter all by himself; taking orders and fixing them. I can tell that he is new because a few of the workers behind the line were instructing him on what to do when he had questions. He had a line that was to the door and we all waited for probably about 30 minutes each from time of arrival to leaving/sitting to eat and he never waivered. He continued to be apologetic and take orders in between the food being put out for him to prepare.

NO ONE CAME TO HELP HIM. Which I think is utterly ridiculous. He was taking orders, fixing drinks, preparing orders, fixed my 5 wings and no one came to assist him. After I received my food, I noticed he took a break and that was when someone finally came to the front but by then the crowd had dissipated.

I commend Cayman and I hope that his manager, supervisor or someone see's this. Not to only praise him for his actions but to have a discussion with the rest of the team about having customers wait. Cayman is literally the only reason why this location received a 5 because the wait...

I went through the drive through last night and ordered a few things and almost everything was wrong. I ordered the loaded beef nachos and there was literally NO BEEF on my nachos. I also ordered the Gordita supreme and the lady taking my order even asked me to verify that I wanted the Gordita supreme as opposed to the Gordita crunch and they still gave me the Gordita crunch instead of the Gordita supreme. I also ordered a cheesy double beef burrito. I have no idea what burrito they gave me but it definitely wasn’t the one I ordered because it had almost none of the ingredients it was supposed to have. I was so shocked at how wrong my order was that I wanted to check the receipt and that’s when I realized they didn’t even give me my receipt! I understand that mistakes can happen and if only one of the mistakes I mentioned had happened then I would have let it go, but how do you manage to mess up almost everything in the order?! It’s as if the person making the food had no idea how to make anything and just decided to throw things together and hoped no one would notice. I like how close this location is to my house but I guess this place is going downhill so I’m going to try a different location because this experience was...

The last time I was here, was the last time I was here. I went through the drive through to get my food for my family. Went home and it was the wrong thing. I had to go back since I couldn’t eat what they wrongly gave me. When I got there I ordered again and brought back my previous wrong order. I ordered the bigger size now and instead of charging me the difference they charged me the full amount as of I didn’t pay something already. Fine no problem. They give me the food and it’s wrong again! Good thing I checked it right there. I told them it’s wrong again and to correct it. They looked at me as if i was wrong for ordering the food i wanted the way I wanted. They had to make the order again and this time the finally got it right. The manager had to get involved to get the order right. No compassion for me having to go back from home to get the correct food. Not acceptable. Will not return to this location even if I have to go...
