I have to say this place probably had the best service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Granted they were not very busy but it was almost like they could read my mind the way a server would pop up within seconds of me needing something. It was like the exact moment I started pushing a plate back I was done with someone was there to take it away. It was kind of incredible. As soon as I was seated I was brought a complementary soup and salad in a traditional style. Both tasted great and I found myself feeling like I could eat another 4 or 5 bowls of that salad the dressing was so delicious. The Yaki Mandoo (dumplings) were perfectly cooked and outstanding. Unfortunately the dumpling sauce was totally unremarkable and was undoubtedly the low point of this meal. I had some Bulgogi as the main dish. I very much doubt the meat used was ribeye but the flavor was so good I could honestly care less. It came with 5 sides allowing me to make the dish exactly as I wanted and I suspect this is their most popular entrée. In the 45 minutes or so that I was there no less than 5 people came in and picked up to-go orders of that dish. I also had the Salmon Crunch sushi roll. The flavor was delicious but I will note the rolls were the smallest sushi rolls I have ever had. They also seemed to be almost entirely avocado. It worked out with the flavor being delicious and the overall meal being fulfilling but at 13$ for a tiny roll that seems to cut corners on ingredients I can not recommend their sushi from this experience. For the entire meal shown in the pictures it rang up as 30$ making it an excellent overall value. Outside of the sushi roll everything was individually an outstanding value and the overall experience was great. I would highly recommend this place and would give it a 4.5 if I could. I may have to edit this review after trying their sushi again to see if it was just the cook that day or if thats what they...
Read moreChose this restaurant based on a recommendation from a colleague and we were so glad.
Ambience : Tables and booths are available. This restaurant can host a group, if there is a need. No advance reservation was needed. There is plenty of parking available.
Drinks : Beer and wine only. They have a merlot, 2 white wine options and plum wine. The plum wine was not great.
Food : This is where the restaurant wins. You start off with a miso soup and house salad. They have a menu full of options but if you choose to go for the barbecue, try the combination BBQ. The menu says that its for 4 people but we were a group of 6 and there was enough food for all of us. The salads and dips that comes with the combo are all great. You also get to have fun cooking your own meat the way you want it. The meats are well seasoned and it does take time to fully cook, so plan on having enough time to enjoy your meal. We wanted a portion of spicy fried rice and she has the chef prepare a chicken kimchi fried rice. It was great.
Service : Our waitress was great. She was patient, attentive and took care of all our needs. She ensured that there was enough food on the barbecue at all times.
Pricing : Affordable, especially if you are a small group ordering the combination BBQ.

Read moreSeoul Garden in Copperas Cove just lost my business permanently!!! First they hang up phone on my Beautiful wife Jalanda Johnson-Phillips then don't answer, when I come in lady just waves and points so I think she is telling me to go to bar to order, but she never speaks so I'd never realize she wants me to sit down, so finally I come back to front counter and there is someone else already there and she asks us if we are picking up and we both reply with no placing order because you didn't answer phone. She rolls her eyes and sighs at us, like we are getting on her nerves. She very rudely takes our orders and displays her horrible listening skills and poor math skills, then storms back to the kitchen. As I finish ordering another man comes up and tries to let her know that he has been waiting to place an order at his table for 15 minutes and no assistance. She rushes him off then once she makes it to kitchen she refuses to come back to register and sends her employees as a line fills up out the door (all people with same complaint about them not answering phone). Mind you phone has been ringing non-stop since I walked in and nobody has answered yet. I just posted this as entertainment, while waiting here, but I'm still waiting on my food and phones are still ringing, 35...
