Customer service has declined over the years! I went to this location to purchase fuses. I was greeted by a gentleman with a ball cap, short hair, glasses and a beard that seemed to be winging it and I was not confident in his ability to assist me with picking out fuses for my vehicle. I explained to him that the ones he picked out appeared to be a little bigger than the ones I required. I asked him if he could walk with me out to my car to see if they were the actual size I needed. He the flew off the handle and said that he will not open up a package of fuses I did not purchase. That’s not what I was implying at all. I wanted confirmation that I was buying the correct size without his company losing money because I opened up a package I know I didn’t need. At no point did he verify within the computer system or even come out to look at my car. He didn’t even grab his shift supervisor. I purchased the fuses just to take them to my car to confirm that they in fact were not the correct size. I then came back in and got a refund on the product. I again asked a second employee who appeared to be new to assist me with obtaining the correct fuse. This time I brought in one of my fuses. He was too not knowledgeable, but put forth the effort and asked the supervisor for assistance. The previous guy came back inside and looked at me and shook his head as if I was wrong for asking for his assistance. Going forward, this location did not have my fuse size, but I was able to obtain them from across the street. I left my car parked at auto zone and went to their competitor. Auto zone is my go to part store, however, I will never visit this location again due to the lack of customer...
Read moreAutoZone in Copperas cove is by far the most unprofessional AutoZone I have been in. The manager Brandon sees that it is OK to belittle be aggressive and disrespectful to the other employees in the store while there is a customer base in the store. I went into the store to pick up an order that was placed. Yesterday was confirmed yesterday evening that the order was in the store upon arrival the order could not be found, by multiple employees. After several minutes somewhere on the shelf, Brandon saw products that were labeled for Mr. mechanic from across the store when responding no Brandon had a very evident annoyed attitude. A few more minutes past Chuck stated that the parts previously asked about or indeed the parts that were needed. Without question Brandon from the back began yelling and belittling Chuck where the entire customer base in the store could hear the disrespect toward Chuck for him doing his job. After a few more minutes, Brandon then brought the parts that were labeled Mr. mechanic also the parts that Chuck said were they correct Parts to the register stating this is part of the order could not find the rest would have to re-order at which time I did get heated and began cussing and yelling at Brandon Not because of the Parts, but for the fact that you are perfectly OK, belittling and disrespecting someone to fit your own agenda. After leaving the store, the district manager manager was notified of the incident and informed of the unprofessionalism by...
Read moreMy fiance bought breaks on the sixth and we found out later that there was more to be done on the car. Within this time period, the breaks became damaged. I sent my mother up to your store to exchange them while my fiance was at work. She exchanged duralast golds and was given a cheaper pair. When my fiance returned home from work, after my father had already installed them, he noticed right away, that they were not the same thing that he just bought. My mother called to resolve the issue and was called a liar to her face. And then my father tried to explain and was accused of having two cars. I am extremely upset and unsatisified. I just had issues on the sixth at the lampasas store because they refused to exchange our breaks because we bought them in cove, who also suckered us into buying 25 dollars worth of stuff that wouldn't even help the situation that we said was wrong...so on top of hours of hard laborious work, mistakes and "upselling" us. We were called a liar. This is my opnion, and anyone I tell in the future will think this as horrible customer service. I just can't fathom, how an employee mistakes two different breaks for each other when they look different. one is silver and one is black???? This sounds to me like you need to train your employees better, and learn how to correctly talk to a customer. Calling them a...
