Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Copperas Cove

This is one of our favorite spots to eat. Usually we do take out because we have a big family and space is limited, BUT LET ME TELL YOU, this is by far the most incredibly accomodating and best place for customer service. Their business is small, but the quality and portions are MIGHTY.

First dine in experience: my kids knocked over a drink and some food. And they rushed to not only clean my area but the owner kept reassuring me that it wasnt a problem ( i was on the verge of tears from anger and embarrassment) but he made me feel better and said he would love to see us again and not to forget to bring the kids back (we were so done with the situation. We had the grandparents pick them up mid-meal)

Second experience: i came with my 2 babies and my husband. We ordered and he ended up leaving early because of work. He packaged his food for me and after me and babies were done, he helped pack up our food since i only had one free hand and rang us out while i gathered our things. First time trying Thai food and I’m so glad it was here! This little spot made a big impression. The food was full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with care—I can’t believe I waited this long to try Thai cuisine, and now I’m hooked. The service was just as great as the food. The man running the place was so kind and welcoming, and you can tell he pours his heart into the business.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the space is a bit small and it can get warm inside, so if you’re someone who runs hot, you might want to order to-go. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off for supporting a hardworking small business and getting such delicious food. I went to this hidden gem back in August of 2021 when visiting the area, circled a few menu items then tucked the paper into a piece of luggage . . . and forgot. I just now came across it so my disclaimer is this is a very delayed review but I'm sure that in four and a half months, not much has changed.

The owners are delightful, first of all! Both the man and the woman stopped by our table for a friendly conversation and of course, to make sure that we were enjoying our food. The answer was a hearty "yes!".

No matter the entree we choose at Thai restaurants, we almost always get papaya salad, spring rolls and Thai coffee. That's exactly what we ordered here and all three were ON POINT!
