This experience was the absolute worst. Josh a technician at the pharmacy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I bought the generic Allergy Medicine that even after 4 hours of taking two pills did absolutely nothing and I got a terrible headache. So I took them back to get a refund or to get something else I could use. However Josh chose to be extremely rude and unhelpful refusing to even acknowledge that I was sick or even accommodating to the fact he could have gotten the pharmacist to assist with a recommendation. Instead he would catch an attitude and then called his manager twice to not even try to help me with anything. If Josh do not value customer service when people like me are a severe allergy sufferers who need assistance. Why do he even have a position when clearly he do not value Walgreens customers who needs assistance and who are feeling horrible. It’s so frustrating when you are being treated horribly and already feeling sick. All I wanted was my money back in which he refused. Stating he was not allowed 🚫 to refund me for the medication 💊 that had not worked in 4 hours. Instead he chose to make it personal and have a nasty attitude towards me instead of helping me and involving the pharmacist. How unfortunate I had to contact the corporate office just to get him and Bill the manager on duty do the right thing and refund my money. And still left out with no suggestion or any involvement from the pharmacist after asking multiple questions and multiple times. My health is extremely important to me. I am going to follow through with a formal complaint process with Walgreens Corporate office. Just maybe these people can leave their nasty disgusting behavior and attitudes out of Walgreens. They need to learn to service every single person with the same dignity and respect compassion and empathy. These people do not have the same respect for people who are sick and refused to point me in the right direction to even get the help necessary for me to feel better and the pharmacist was standing directly behind them. Such unwarranted behavior in a professional environment. I am sharing this experience as a learning experience so that others don’t have to be treated...
Read moreI had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Kennets Kismet. I came into Walgreens needing to have some documents printed from my phone. I did not have any idea how much work that would take. The documents were a contract I had signed and the owner had already locked the contract. I did not know how to get the contract printed out. I needed to print out the contract because I was canceling the contract. As a result of my cancelation, there was a document within the contract that I need to sign and return to the sales Rep. Ms. Konnets Kismet tried to help me save the contract too my phone. When we figured out that was not possible we tried different ways to open the document. I believe Ms.Konnets Kismet was determined to help me and she became a computer guru over night. She assured me she was going to figure out how we could print out this document. Ms.konnets Kismet figured out how I could get my document printed. It is because of her, I was able to sign my needed document and resend this contract in a timely manner. I only had three days too sign the documents and Ms.Kennets Kismet had me get everything printed and I was able to sign two days early. I'm so greatful that I came to Walgreens last night and I was able to be assisted by Ms. Konnets Kismet. I feel she went above and beyond to help me. I even ask the night manger if she would pass on to the store manger how well Ms. Konnets Kismet went out of her way to assist me. She was still able to wait on costumer, print out pictures and assist with floor while she was helping me. Ms.Konnets Kismet is a great representation of Copperas Cove Walgreens and I'm so happy I was able to make her acquaintance. I'm even more happy, I came into Walgeens on September 29, 2024 after 7pm. I have never been more proud to have my local Wagreens help, than I...
Read moreTonight is the last time I will be coming to this Walgreens branch. I don't know who does the hiring here but they need to hire people who know how to treat customers. I went there tonight by the photo area. As I was using the machine I overheard one of the workers, a younger female with blue in her hair, behind the photo counter complaining to another employee about customers, saying she doesn't understand why people order so many photos and said "What, are they going to put them up in every room of their house?" Then a lady came in to try to return medication that was sent to her house but wasn't hers. They told her they couldn't help her and as the woman walked away that same female employee started talking rudely about her, saying why would she try returning that here? The customer was told to, that's why. Then the last time I came here an older lady with blonde hair was rude to a customer. He was having trouble using the new card machine and rather than try to help him she just kept repeating wrong way, you're doing it the wrong way. I'll say there is one nice younger girl that works there. Other than that that's it. Definitely would not recommend going...
